Project brief
Project purpose and rationale
The main purpose of this project is to build to customer good vision and satisfy its
legal and ethical obligations with respect to Work Health and Safety, and Anti-
discrimination legislation, Standards and Code of Conduct, promote high standards
in professional conduct. It is also to inform to clients, tenants and potential tenants of
maintenance and light repair, achieve employees and clients buy in for imitation.

Project purpose
In this case, the company wants to develop their customer base, and create a good
relationship with clients who are good for the company development. The project
aims to provide ethical work practice and data management to staff to encourage
them to achieve Code of Conduct, and reduce the human mistake from data
management.

Background and strategic context


Max Lionel Real was founded in 2008 by property developer Max Lionel. The
company currently employs approximately 100 people, 80 of whom are licensed real
estate agents.
Through its client, the organization manages property sales and rentals (both
residential and commercial) on behalf of a range of clients. The organization also
separately engages in investment activities, such as property and land development.
Max Lionel Realty has been a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)
since 2008 and proudly follows the REIV Code of Conduct.
