The author outlines their role as a member of the Inner Wheel club in supporting the Swachh Bharat Mission. They will work to identify unhygienic areas and educate local residents on the health risks of poor sanitation and waste disposal. The Inner Wheel members will donate funds for toilets and garbage bins and encourage practices like planting trees, reducing plastic use, and carpooling. With government support on initiatives like solar-powered bins, the author hopes these efforts will inspire nationwide cleanliness and make India cleaner and greener as envisioned by Mahatma Gandhi.

Firstly,Its a privilege to be a member of Inner Wheel club.As an Indian,it is
responsibility of everyone to protect our country by doing many things related to environment. It is not confined to a single person,it is confined to everyone. As an Inner Wheel Member ,I would like to find the unhygienic areas in the town, then we should go to those places and create awareness among the people who are living in those surrounding areas. We should create awareness among the people regarding: Diseases they are going to suffer, if their surroundings are not clean. Avoid usage of plastic, which increases the waste ,as it is not decomposed quickly into the Earth. Reuse and Recycle most of the things we use. Should handover the garbage bins to the garbage collectors instead of throwing into sewage drains which prevents flow of sewage water in rainy season. Our Inner Wheel members must donate money for construction of toilets, keeping dustbins separately for dry and wet waste on the streets for every 10km ,so that there will be less disposal of waste on the roads. We should plant at least a tree on our or any of our family member birthday/wedding anniversary,so that we can reduce pollution. We should also decrease usage of vehicles ,as Walking is good for health for small distances. With the help of government ,we can also implement Digital India project in conjunction with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan to have Solar-powered dustbins, which sends signals to sanitation crew if the dustbin is filled. So,the change should start from us and we should inspire people of other towns ,other districts, other states, and by the way the entire country and the entire world to follow the above methods. So, if we implement these ideas it will be helpful to us and our future generations also. Finally we can make India as ‘CLEAN AND GREEN INDIA’ which was dreamt by our Father of the Nation.
