CONSTRUCTIVE CONTRACT

-- PUBLIC NOTICE --
WARNING
Any person, corporation, organization or
agency which installs or operates
electronic utility metering on this private
property thereby accepts and incurs
major personal liability.
Any person who acts or conspires to install or apply any
device or system upon this private property for the purpose,
or having the effect, of monitoring of any private activity
and/or collecting surveillance data and/or emitting
electromagnetic, radio or microwave radiation and/or pulses
of any kind and/or which lacks necessary surge protection
and/or which causes electric transients is in direct violation
of law and property rights and, by that act, is fully and
separately liable for all harm, hazard, damage and nuisance
caused.

If you are engaged in any activity described above you are


agreeing to pay claims as submitted timely and without
challenge. Those claims may exceed $1,000,000.00. If you are
not bonded for such liability you may apply for a bond with
the property owner. If you are bonded for that liability, you
must provide that bond information and documentation to the
property owner before entering the property. That
information must contain direct contacts for submission and
prompt payment of all claims.

THIS IS NOT REFUSAL OF ANY UTILITY METERING, it is


requirement for responsibility and bonding against the
potential, likely, foreseeable and unforeseeable consequences
of electronic utility metering.
This Notice is and will be enforced by all applicable Federal
and State laws, policies and local ordinances including but not
limited to U.S.C. Title 47, Chap. 5, Subchapter VI, Sec. 605,
U.S.C. Title 42, Chap. 82, Subchapter VII, Sec. 6973.
