• Name : Advanced Electronic Car Parking system

•Description : This project aims at developing an automatic electronic car parking system using
microcontroller, IR sensor , LCD, and other electronic components.

Job Responsibilities (FS):-

• Perform 1st level Fault Diagnosis and rectification on all systems.

• Take out TRX Reports using ERICSSON Tools and find out and flash MORNING SMS.
• Perform Fault Management by coordinating support resources, managing technical escalation
to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLA’s.
• Manage Change Management activity on the networks in real time to ensure all activities
comply within approved timeframes.
• Providing technical support to regional teams for O&M support by using command handling.
• Respond to escalated Customer Network faults.
• Raising trouble tickets in case of any deviations in the system.

Key assignments include:

Real Time Network Surveillance and Fault Management:

I am working as a Fault Surveillance Engineer. In network operation centre I am monitoring cell sites
and inter MSC and BSC connectivity of Bharti Airtel UP WEST Circle with the help of tools TeMIP,
One TM. First level alarm handling and service problem restoration (Fault Management). Providing
Technical support to regional teams for O&M support when ever required.

Blocked Network Reports:

 In Real Time Network Management, Blocked TRX and CF reports are generated every day which
gives a brief summary of cell sites which got down during network operations. These reports are
generated after taking logs from Bharti Citrix ICA client OSS (Sun Solaris Based) and circulated among
Top Level Management, DNP Department.
