I graduated Venice High School in the year 2012 and went on to continue my education at SCTI in
Sarasota FL.

Medical Administration, SCTI
I got my certificate in Medical Administration directly after graduating high school. Following
receiving my certificate, I went in to interning for a medical dermatologist.

Skills

Research
I have completed research on psychology matters relating to behavioral and mental states. I have also
done research on the human body relating to the structural units of bones.

Leadership
I have successfully completed an internship in the medical setting which quickly turned into my first
hiring into the field.

Communication
I have had plenty of experience with customer service and communication. I have 10 plus years in
hosting/serving in the restaurant business and I have also built my communication skills during my work
experience at Venice Print Center and the Dr. of a dermatology office, answering phones and scheduling.

Technology
I have been through several courses of computer training for medical billing, e-filing medical records,
insurance coverage and the program Microsoft Office.
Experience

Medical Administration, Dr. Mercandetti
On a daily basis, I checked patients into the office, added their medical information such as
insurance coverages and copays. I then answered phones and called for appointment
confirmations and follow ups.

September 2014-May 2015

Service Printer, Venice Print Center
I would organize files, print jobs consisting of business cards, posters, stickers, magnets, etc. I
then would answer incoming phone calls and I dealt with face to face customer services.
