It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Mrs. Natalie Henkel.
I have had the wonderful opportunity of getting to know Natalie over the past nine months.
Immediately, I could see she was an excellent leader, hard worker, and goes above and beyond
what is asked of her. Over the past nine months, she has taught first grade at Maple Grade School
in Hoopeston, Illinois. I have been her supervisor during this time. In these times, I have seen
firsthand how she is an inspiring role model for her students and fellow staff members. She has
developed positive relationships with all staff members, parents and students.

Natalie excels as a teacher. She has taken it upon herself to take an active role on her first grade
team and works to assist everyone that crosses her path. She is enthusiastic, dependable, and has
a true passion for working with children. She plans extremely well, has outstanding ideas, and
skillfully incorporates the use of technology into her lessons. She has excellent classroom
management skills and skillfully handles those hard to reach students. She has been an excellent
addition to our Maple family, and will be greatly missed by all.

I highly recommend Natalie for a teaching position in your school. She will be an excellent
