 What are the main fluid classification of legal systems in the world?  Discuss and attempt the fluid
classification of legal systems from the Kenyan context i.e. by providing local examples for each of the
various classes and contradistinctions.
 What are the main characteristics of an adversarial system?
 How about those of the inquisitorial system?
 Are there any advantages of one system over the other?
 What is the Kenya legal system?
 What is its nature?
 Is the Kenya legal system adversarial or inquisitorial or a mixture of both?
