The beauty of Mount Bromo and the Beautiful Tourism in the Surrounding

Standing tall at 2,329 meters above sea level, Mount Bromo has a natural beauty that is
very dear if passed. This mountain is located in four regions in East Java, including Malang,
Pasuruan, Lumajang and Probolinggo Regencies. This is certainly very easy for tourists to come
from various directions. This mountain is part of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and
has become the most famous tourist spot in the province of East Java.
This mountain is famous for its beautiful sunrise views, which can be witnessed if
visitors climb the Penanjakan Peak. If staying at an inn, then visitors can leave a message to the
innkeeper to be awakened in the morning around 02.00 am in preparation for the climb. Feeling
tired because the climb will pay off in full with a beautiful sunrise view. When the sun slowly

rises to the top, the atmosphere will be very calm and only the sound of tourists shooting
cameras.
Mount Bromo has a crater with a diameter of about 800 meters in length from north to
south and 600 meters from west to east with sulfur content which will smell quite sharp when on
the edge. To be able to enjoy the beauty of this crater, then tourists must climb about 250 steps
beforehand and if they feel tired then they can rent horses owned by residents.
The air temperature in Mount Bromo ranges between 3-20 degrees Celsius and can even
reach temperatures of minus 0 degrees Celsius. So it is highly recommended for visitors to
prepare warm clothing, gloves, scarves, and headgear. However, if you forget, there are still
sellers there.
