NAMEMBNOST
Mlin kladivar je namenjen predvsem za
mletje svežih koruznih storžev ali zrnja za
pripravo kvalitetne silaže.
Z njim lahko ravno tako uspešno meljete
suho koruzo in vse ostale vrste žit. Mlin se
vključuje v vrsto strojev za pripravo kvalitetne
in cenene živinske krme. Mletje in siliranje
svežih koruznih storžev ali zrnja zmanjšuje
stroške, ki bi jih imeli z umetnim sušenjem
koruze ter zmanjšuje tveganje kvarljivosti
koruze zaradi slabih vremenskih razmer. Mlin
je sodobne in robustne konstrukcije, kar
zagotavlja ekonomično in varno delo ter
dolgo življenjsko dobo stroja.
Posebna konstrukcija drobilnega sklopa
omogoča mletje tudi delno neoličkane koruze
z vlažnostjo do 45%. Navodila vam bodo s
točnimi napotki pomagala pri delu in
vzdrževanju stroja. Zato vas prosimo, da
osebe, ki bodo delale s tem strojem, pred
prvo uporabo pozorno preberejo ta navodila.
Prav tako dosledno upoštevajte vse nalepke
namenjene varnemu delu s strojem. Stroj je
izdelan izključno za normalno rabo v
kmetijstvu (namenska uporaba).

NAMJENA
Mlin prekrupač je namjenjen za mljevenje
sviježeg kukuruza u klipu ili zrnu za pripremu
kvalitetne silaže.
Sa mlinom možete uspješno mljeti suhi
kukuruz kao i druge žitarice. Mlin se uključuje
u vrstu mašina za pripremu kvalitetne i jeftine
stočne hrane. Mljevenje i siliranje svježih
kukuruznih klipova ili zrnja smanjuje troškove
koji bi nastali umjetnim sušenjem kukuruza,
ujedno smanjuje rizik kvarenja kukuruza zbog
slabih vremenskih uslova. Mlin je savremene
i robustne konstrukcije što garantuje
ekonomičan i siguran rad, kao i drug životni
vijek.
Posebna konstrukcija mehanizma omogujuče
mljevenje i djelomično neokomušanog
kukuruza vlažnosti do 45%. Uputstva će vam
sa tačnim savjetima pomoči u radu sa
mlinom, kao i u održavanju mlina. Zato je
potrebno da osobe koje će raditi sa mlinom,
prije prve upotrebe dobro pročitaju uputstva
namjenjena sigurnosti u radu sa mlinom.
Obavezno se pridržavajte svih uputa na
naljepnicama, koje se odnose na sigurnost u
radu. Stroj je izrađen isključivo namjenskoj
uporabi u poljoprivredi.

OPIS STROJA
Mlin kladivar CIKLO 100 sestavljajo: ohišje
rezalnika, ogrodje, rezalni sklop, gonilo,
nasipno korito in transportne cevi. Rezalni
sklop poganja izstopna gred traktorja preko
kardanske gredi in gonila. V gonilu je
nameščen par čelnih zobnikov z poševnim
ozobljenjem, mazanih z oljno kopeljo. Na
gredi gonila je pritrjen rezalni sklop,
sestavljen iz predrezalnih nožev in kladiv.
Na nosilni plošči rezalnega sklopa so
nameščeni čistilci mreže, ki imajo svojo
posebno vlogo pri delno neoličkani koruzi. Na
plošči rotorja ob zunanjem obodu mreže so
lopatice puhalnika, ki transportirajo zmleto
meso preko usmerjevalne cevi v koritasti
silos, preko podaljšanih cevi v stolpni silos ali
preko ciklona v vreče. Nasipno korito je
pritrjeno na ohišje s tečajem in dvema
hitrospenjalnima vijakoma. Loputa vgrajena v
koritu omogoča uravnavanje dotoka mase v
mlin. Transportne cevi za transportiranje
zmlete mase so različnih dolžin in enostavno
sestavljive s hitrimi spojkami. Na koncu cevi
se namesti izmetalna cev z usmerjevalno
loputo.
NAVODILA ZA VARNO DELO
Delo z mlinom je enostavno, vendar morate
pred uporabo skrbno prebrati vsa navodila in
se po njih dosledno ravnati. Z mlinom sme
delati le tisti, ki je seznanjen s pravili o
varnem delu in z delovanjem.
Pri delu z mlinom dosledno upoštevajte:
1. Zakon o varstvu pri delu.
2. Pravilnik o varstvu pri kmetijskem delu.
3. Pravilnik o splošnih ukrepih in normativih
za varstvo pri delu z delovnimi napravami
in pripravami.
4. Navodila proizvajalca:
y Stroj-traktor ne sme v nobenem primeru
obratovati v zaprtem prostoru zaradi
nevarnosti zastrupitve z izpušnimi plini.
y Med obratovanjem mora biti mlin
priključen na tritorčkovno drogovje
traktorja, zapet z varnostnimi zatiki in
stati na trdni podlagi.

OPIS MAŠINE
Mlin prekrupač CIKLO 100 sastavljaju:
kućište, ram, sklop za rezanje, reduktor,
korito i transportne cjevi. Sklop za rezanje
pokreče osovina traktora preko kardanskog
vratila i reduktora. U reduktoru je par čelnih
zupčanika sa kosim uzubljenjima u uljnoj
kupki. Na osovini reduktora je pričvrščen
sklop za rezanje kojeg sačinjavaju noževi i
čekiči. Na nosećoj ploči sklopa za rezanje
namješteni su čistači mreže, koji imaju
posebnu ulogu kod djelomično
neokomušanog kukuruza. Na ploči rotora uz
vanjski obod mreže namještene su lopatice
puhalice, koje transportiraju samljevenu
masu kroz cijev u koritasti silos, kroz
produžene cjevi u stoječi silos ili kroz ciklon u
vreče. Korito je učvršteno na kučište.
Dozator, ugrađen u koritu omogučuje
jednakomjeran protok mase u mlin.
Transportne cijevi su različitih dužina, a
jednostavno se sastavljaju pomoču brzih
spojki. Na kraju ovih cjevi je usmerjena cjev i
usmjerivač izbacivanja samljevene mase.
UPUTSTVO ZA SIGURAN RAD
Rad s mlinom je jednostavan, ali ipak prije
upotrebe morate pažljivo pročitati sva
uputstva te se ih dosljedno pridržavati. S
mlinom smije raditi samo osoba koja je
upoznata sa propisima o zaščiti na radu i sa
djelovanjem mlina.
Dosljedno se pridržavajte sljedečeg:
1. Zakon o zaštiti na radu
2. Pravilnik o zaštiti u poljoprivrednim
radovima.
3. Pravilnik o opštim mjerama i normativima
zaštiti na radu sa radnim spravama i
aparatima.
4. Uputstva proizuvođača:
y Traktor ne smije raditi u zatvorenom
prostoru zbog zagušivanja sa izduvnim
plinovima.
y U toku rada mlin mora biti priključen na
trotočkovni sistem traktora, osiguran sa
traktorskim osiguračem i postavljen na
tvrdu podlogu.

 y Pri namestitvi kardanske gredi mora
varnostni zatik na obeh straneh vskočiti v
utor, ker je tako kardanska gred pritrjena.
y Uporabljajte vedno kardansko gred s
prostim tekom in poskrbite, da bo
verižica cevi pritrjena na mirujoči del.
y Pred zagonom mlina se prepričajte, da v
mlinu ali koritu ni nikakršnega trdega
predmeta in da so pravilno nameščene in
pritrjene vse zaščite.
y Med obratovanjem ne segajte z roko
ali z kakršnim-koli trdim predmetom
za zaščitno pločevino v koritu.
y Pred vsakim posegom v mlin ali
odpiranjem korita morate izključiti pogon,
počakati, da se mlin ustavi in sneti
kardansko gred. To storite tudi po
končanem delu.
Mlin nikoli ne puščajte delovati brez
nadzorstva. Trd predmet lahko povzroči
nenormalno delovanje mlina. V takem
primeru mlin takoj ustavite, ugotovite
vzrok in okvaro takoj odstranite.
y Prepovedano je delo z neuravnoteženim
rotorjem. Odkrhnjene nože ali kladiva,
skrivljene lopatice in podobno morate
takoj zamenjati. Nemirno tekoč rotor
morate takoj ustaviti. Rotor morate
obvezno po vsakem posegu tovarniško
uravnotežiti.
y Vrtljaji na kardanski gredi nikoli ne smejo
prekoračiti 540 vrt/min.
y Mlin ne sme delovati brez vloženega in
dobro pritrjenega sita.
y Pri delu z mlinom uporabljajte zaščito
sluha proti ropotu, v kolikor delate pri
mlinu več kot eno uro in pol na dan.
y Zaradi morebitnega odletavanja zrnja iz
nasipnega korita, uporabljajte zaščito za
obraz.

y Pri namještanju kardana pazite da
osiguravajuči čepovi uđu u svoja ležišta
pa je tako kardan osigurat i učvrščen.
y Upotrebljavajte kardansko vratilo sa
slobodnim hodom i pazite da je lančić
zaščite pričvrščen na mirujuči dio.
y Prije puštanja u pogon provjerite i
odstranite nepotrebne predmete iz korita.
Sve zaštite moraju biti pravilno
namještene.
y U toku rada ne smijete dodirivati
unutrašnjost mlina (ispod dozatora).
y Sve radove na mlinu (popravke) izvršite
kada je traktor ugašen i pogon mlina
isključen, odnosno kada radni sklop
mlina miruje.
Mlin nikada ne smije raditi bez nadzora,
jer upadanje tvrdih predmeta u mlin
prouzrokuje nenormalan rad. Zato je
potrebno odmah mlin ustaviti, otkloniti
kvar i tek poslije toga početi sa radom.
y Zabranjen je rad sa neuravnoteženim
rotorom. Odlomljene noževe i ćekiće
iskrivljene lopatice morate odmah
zamjeniti. Rotor, ukolikoo ne radi
pravilno, odmah ustavite, te ga poslije
svake popravke ili bilo čega fabričko
uravnotežite.
y Obrtaji kardanskog vratila ne smiju
prelaziti 540 obr/min.
y Mlin ne smije raditi bez uloženog i dobro
pričvrščenog sita.
y U radu s mlinom upotrebljavajte zaštitu
sluha protiv buke, ukoliko kod mlina
radite više od 1,5 sati dnevno.
y Zbog eventuelnog ispadanja zrnja iz
korita, koristite zaštitnu opremu za obraz.

PRIKLJUČITEV NA TRAKTOR
Mlin postavite na ravno in trdno podlago. Za
nemoteno tekoče delo ga postavite tako, da
imate dovolj prostora za dovoz koruze in
polnjenje mlina. Mlin morate obvezno
priključiti na tritočkovno drogovje traktorja. Pri
priključitvi pritegnite stabilizacijske vezi in
opornico (zgornji priključni drog). Dolžino
kardanske gredi morate prilagoditi najmanjši
razdalji med priključkoma na traktorju in
stroju, ki nastopi pri transportu ali delu
(slika 1).

NAMESTITEV CEVI
Pri pripenjanju transportnih cevi na ohišje
mlina in cevi med seboj le te toliko pritegnite
z objemkami, da dobro držijo. Pri namestitvi
navpično, cevi primerno pritrdite na trden
objekt (silos ali podobno), posebno še, če je
na koncu nameščena usmerjevalna
izmetalna cev. Za cevnim lokom 90° ne
nameščajte več kot 1 m ravne cevi (posebno
pri mletju vlažne koruze), sicer lahko pride do
zamašitve cevi.
NAMESTITEV LOPUTE
V nasipnem koritu je nameščena loputa za
uravnavanje dotoka materiala v mlin. Loputa
je prosto viseča na tečaju odpira pa jo pritisk
mase in podtlak v mlinu. Odprtino nastavite z
nastavnim drogom, ki ga namestite v
odgovarjajočo izvrtino tako, da ga nekoliko
izvlečete in zamaknete v željeno izvrtino. Pri
mletju koruze v storžih nastavite nekoliko
večjo odprtino, da se storži ne bodo zatikali
ob loputo.

PRIKLJUČIVANJE NA TRAKTOR
Mlin postavite na ravnu i tvrdu podlogu. Da bi
neometano radili, morate imati dovoljno
prostora za dovoz i ubacivanje kukuruza.
Mlin morate zakačiti na trotočkovni sistem
traktora. Obavezno zategnite stabilizatore i
gornju polugu (upornicu). Dužinu kardanskog
vratila morate prilagoditi najmanjem razmaku
između priključka i traktora (slika 1).
PODEŠAVANJE CJEVI
Dobro pričvrstite spojke s kojima povezujete
cjevi na silos ili drugi objekt, dobro učvrstite
posebno ako je na vrhu usmjerena cjev. Na
cjevni luk 90° u produžetku ne nastavljajte
dužu cijev od 1 m, jer može doći do
zagušivanja, posebno ako meljete vlažan
kukuruz.
PODEŠAVANJE DOZATORSKOG
POKLOPCA
U koritu se nalazi dozatorski poklopac, koji
reguliše pretok kukuruza u mlin. Poklopac je
obješen na noseču polugu, slobodno se
okreče a otvara ga pritisak mase koju
ubacujemo u mlin. Otvor za ulazak mase
regulišite s poklopcem, tako da njegov nosač
premještate po želji u izvrtine. Kada meljete
kukuruzne klipove podesite veči otvor, da se
klipovi ne zaglavljuju.

 IZBIRA SIT
Pri izbiri sit upoštevajte, da je potrebna
zdrobljenost odvisna od namena uporabe. Za
mletje vlažnih koruznih storžev uporabite sito
z luknjami ∅12 mm ali ∅20 mm, dočim za
mletje suhe koruze uporabite sito ∅8 mm.
Čim bolj je koruza vlažna večje naj bodo
luknje sita.
MENJAVA SIT
Pri zamenjavi sita najprej odvijete plastični
matici nasipnega korita. Ko odprete nasipno
korito, odvijte dva bočno nameščena vijaka
na ohišju. Tako ste sprostili sito in ga lahko
snamete iz ohišja mlina. Pri vstavljanju
novega sita najprej dobro očistite ležišče sita,
nato ga pravilno namestite v centrirni obroč v
ohišju in močno privijte vijaka "A" (slika 2).
Nato ročno zavrtite rotor, da preverite, če ste
sito pravilno vstavili. Šele nato zaprite
nasipno korito in ga močno pritegnite z
maticama "B" (slika 2).

MENJAVA KLADIV
Uporabljajte samo originalna SIP-ova kladiva,
ki so termično obdelana zaradi večje
odpornosti proti obrabi. Po daljši uporabi se
zobje kladiv "C" obrabijo, predrezalna noža
"F" pa otopita. Predrezalna noža lahko
snamete in enakomerno na obeh straneh
nabrusite.Istrošena kladiva je potrebno
zamenjati-obrniti. Možno je trikratno
obračanje. Odvijte vijak "E" ter snemite rotor
z rotorske gredi. Pri snemanju rotorja si
pomagajte tako, da ga z drogoma na dveh
straneh hkrati potisnete navzven.

IZBOR SITA
Koje čete sito postaviti u mlin, zavisi od
namjene samljevene mase. Za mljevenje
vlažnih kukuruznih klipova upotrebljavajte
sito sa rupama ∅12 mm ili ∅20 mm, a za
mljevenje suvog kukuruza upotrebljavajte sito
∅8 mm. Što je vlažniji kukuruz, veče su rupe
na situ.
MJENJANJE SITA
Kada želite mjenjati sita u mlinu, morate
najprije odviti plastične navrtke. Kada otvorite
korito, odvite bočno postavljena vijka na
kučištu. Na taj način ste oslobodili sito kojeg
možete skinuti s kučišta mlina. Pri
postavljanju novog sita najprije očistite ležište
sita, zatim ga pravilno namjestite u centralni
obruč u kučištu i dobro pričvrstite vijke "A"
(slika 2). Ručno pokrenite rotor da, bi se
uvjerili, da li je sito pravilno postavljeno. Na
kraju zatvorite korito, snažno ga učvrstite sa
navrtkama "B" (slika 2).

MJENJANJE ĆEKIĆA
Upotrebljavajte samo originalne SIP-ove
ćekiče koji su termički obrađeni za veču
otpornost. Dužom upotrebom zubovi čekića
"C" se istroše, a noževi "F" otupe. Noževe
možete skinuti i naoštriti s obe strane.
Istrošene čekiće je potrebno zamjeniti-
okrenuti. Tri puta je moguče čekiće okrenuti.
Odvite vijak "E" i skinite rotor sa osovine.
Rotor možete gurnuti vani sa polugama.

Nato odvijete matice sornikov "D", na katerih
so obešena kladiva. Najprej snemite sprednjo
ploščo, poberite kladiva indistančne podložke
po skupinah, nato pa snemite še umesno
ploščo.
Pri obračanju kladiv pazite, da jih med seboj
ne pomešate. Na sornik morate vedno
namestiti ista in enako razvrščena kladiva.
Po zamenjavi oziroma obračanju kladiv
močno privijte vse matice sornikov in vijake
nožev.
Drobilni sklop je v tovarni natančno
uravnotežen.
Pri vsakem posegu pazite na
uravnoteženje in razvrstitev , le tako bo
delovanje mlina mirno in brez tresljajev.
Priporočamo da zamenjavo kladiv ali
nožev prepustite SIP servisu, kjer bo rotor
po vsakem posegu, ponovno
uravnotežen.
NAVODILA ZA DELO
Mlin zaženete počasi in enakomerno
povečujte vrtljaje. Šele ko mlin doseže polne
vrtljaje (540 vrt/min na priključni gredi
traktorja), lahko pričnete z dodajenjem
koruze. Koruzo enakomerno dozirajte z
lopato ali vilami v nasipno korito. Za doziranje
zrnja je najprimernejši transporter. Če
opazite, da se število vrtljajev mlina manjša
morate z zapiranjem lopute zmanjšati dotok
materiala. Z enakomernim doziranjem
dosežete tekoče delo brez zastojev,
enakomeren tek mlina, največjo zmogljivost
in dolgo življenjsko dobo stroja.
Pazite, da ima mlin konstantne obratovalne
vrtljaje. Pri padcu števila vrtljajev obstaja
možnost zamašitve transportnih cevi.
Upoštevajte, da tudi premer lukenj na situ
vpliva na zmogljivost mlina. Če se mlin iz

ustavi, ga morate izprazniti (izvlečete sito,
preglejte cevi) tako, da pri ponovnem
zagonu ne preobremenjujete pogona. Pred
ponovnim zagonom ne pozabite priviti vijake
sita in matice nasipnega korita.

Posljie toga odvite navrtke svornjaka "D" na
kojima su obješeni čekiči. Najprije skinite
prednju ploču, skinite čekiće i distančne
podloške po skupinama, a zatim skinite
srednju ploču.
Pri okretanju čekiča pazite da ih meðusobno
ne pomješate. Na svornjak morate postaviti
iste i jednako rasporeðene čekiče. Posle
zamjene odnosno okretanja čekića snažno
pričvrstite sve navrtke svornjaka i vijke
noževa.
Sklop drobljenja je u tvotnici precizno
uravnotežen.
Pri svakom podešavanju ili bilo kakvoj
promjeni pazite na njegovu
uravnoteženost i raspored, jer če samo
takav mlin raditi mirno i bez trešenja.
Preporučujemo da zamjenu čekića ili
noževa povjerite SIP-ovom servisu, jer če
rotor posle svake promjene biti
uravnotežen.
UPUTSTVO ZA RAD
Mlin polako puštajte u pogon dodavanjem
broja okretanja izlazne osovine traktora.
Kada postignete (540 obr/min na izlaznoj
osovini traktora), možete početi sa
dodavanjem mase za mlevenje. Kukuruz u
korito ubacujte jednakomjerno. Za doziranje
zrnja najprimerniji je transporter. Ako opazite,
da se smanjuje broj obrtaja, morate sa
dozatorom smanjiti pretok mase.
Jednakomjernim doziranjem postižete tekuči
rad bez zastoja i duži vijek trajanja mlina.
Pazite da je uvjek jednak broj okretanja jer pri
njihovom smanjivanju moguče je da se
zaguši transportna cjev. Vodite računa i o
tome da promjer rupa na situ utječe na
njegov kapacitet. Ako se mlin u toku rada
zaustavi morate ga isprazniti (izvadite sito,
pregledajte cjevi), da ne bi ponovnim
puštanjem u rad preopteretili pogon. Pred
ponovnim puštanjem u pogon ne zaboravite
učvrstiti navrtke sita i navrtke nasipnog korita.

 VZDRŽEVANJE
Pravilno vzdrževanje zagotavlja mlinu dolgo
življenjsko dobo in brezhibno delovanje.
Zobniško gonilo
Pazite, da bo v gonilu (slika 3) vedno pravilen
nivo olja. Kontrolirajte ga z vijakom"I". V
gonuli je 2 l olja CIRKOL 50 (INA) ali
HIDRAOL 50. Prvič ga menjajte po 10 urah
obratovanja, nato pa po vsakih 20 ur.
Obvezno morate menjati olje vsaj enkrat
letno. Olje izpustite tako, da odvijete vijak
"H". Pri tem nagnite mlin rahlo naprej, tako
da olje popolnoma izteče. Pri ponovnem
nalivanju pazite, da ne prekoračite z vijakom
"I" določene višine olja. Ne zamenjajte
zapirnih vijakov za izpust "H" in nalivanje olja
"J". Vijak za nalivanje olja je prevrtan in služi
kot oddušnik.
Kardanska gred
Vzdrževanje po navodilih proizvajalca
kardanskih gredi. Mlin zavarujte pred
vremenskimi vplivi (dež, sneg), tako mu
boste podaljšali življenjsko dobo.

ODRŽAVANJE
Pravilno održavanje garantuje dug životni
vijek mlina i njegov bezprekoran rad.
Reduktor
Morate pazit, da je u reduktoru (slika 3) uvjek
pravilan nivo ulja. Kontrolišite ga s vijkom "I".
U reduktoru je 2 l ulja CIRKOL 50 (INA) ili
HIDRAOL 50. Prvi put ga mjenjajte nakon 10
radnih sati, a kasnije nakon svakih 20 radnih
sati.
Ulje obavezno morate menjati barem jednom
godišnje. Ulje možete ispustiti ako odvijete
vijak "H". Pri tome nagnite mlin napred da
ulje u potpunosti isteče. Ponovnim sipanjem
ulja pazite da ne prekoračite odreðenu visinu.
Ne smijete zamjenuti vijak za ispuštanje "H" i
vijak za nalivanje ulja "J". Vijak za nalivanje
ulja je provrtan i služi kao odiška.
Kardansko vratilo
Održavanjte ga prema uputstvu proizvođača.
Mlin zaštitite od vremenskih promjena (kiša,
snijeg), tako čete mlinu produžiti vijek
trajanja.

ANWENDUNGSBEREICH
Die Hammermühle eignet sich insbesondere
zum Mahlen von frischen Maiskolben oder
Meiskorn für Aufbereitung eines
qualitätvollen Silogutes. Sie können damit
sowohl trocknen Mais als auch andrere
Getreidesorten mit Erfolg mahlen. Die Mühle
schliesst sich in die Reihe der Maschine für
Aufbereitung von qualitätem und billigem
Viehfutter ein. Das Mahlen und Siliren von
frischen Maiskolben oder Maiskorn setzt die
hohen Kosten der kunstlichen Maistrocknung
herab und beseitigt zugleich das Risiko, dass
der Mais bei ungünstigen
Wetterverhältnissen und natürlichem
Trocknen in Maisdarren verdorben wird. Die
Mühle ist von zeitgemässer und robuster
Ausführung, wass eine ökonomische und
sichere Arbeit bei langer Lebensdauer
ermöglicht. Die besondere Konstruktion der
Schneideinheit ermöglich das Mahlen auch
von teilweise unentlischenen Mais und mit
Feuchtigkeitsgehalt 45%.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, vor Inbetriebnahme der
Mühle alle Anweisungen genau durchzulesen
und sie bei der Arbeit und Wartung strikt
einzuhalten. Sie müssen auch alle
Sicherheitsklebern genau berücksichtigen,
weil sie Sichere Arbeit definirt. Die Mühle ist
nur für normale Anwendung in Landwirschaft

which helps cattle-breeders preparing cheap
cattle feed of a good quality. Grinding of fresh
corncobs or corn grains reduces high costs of
drying and diminishes influence of bad
weather conditions . The grinding mill has a
modern and robust construction which

special construction of the grinding unit
enables grinding of partly unhusked
corncobs with up to 45% moisture content.
The instruction booklet with precise
directions will help you at work and

BESCHREIBUNG
Die Mühle CIKLO 100 besteht aus:
Gehäuse, Gestell,Schneideinheit, Getriebe,
Trog und Förderrohr. Die Schneideinheit wird
von der Zapfwelle des Schleppers über die
Kardanwelle und das Getriebe ist ein Paar
Schräg-Stirnräder angebracht, mit
Schmierung im Ölbad. Auf der Getriebwelle
ist die Schneideinheit befestigt, die aus
Vorschneidmessern und Hämmern besteht.
An der Tragplatte der Schneideinheit sind
auch die Netzreiniger, die eine besondere
Rolle bei halbenthülsendem Meis spielt. An
der Trogplatte an auseren Umfang des
Netzes sind auch die Gebläseschafeln
befestigt die mühlende Mahlprodukte über
Steuerungsrohr/Längterohr im SILO oder
üben Zyklon im Säcke transportiren. Der
Trog ist an das Gehäuse mit Angel und zwei
Schrauben befestigt. Die im Trog eingebaute
Klappe ermöglicht das Regulieren des
Materialzuflusses in die Mühle. Die
Förderrohre für Transportiren des
Mahlproduktes sind von verschiedenen
Langen und mit Schnellverschlüssen einfach
zusamensetzbar. Das richtunggebende
Auswurfrohr befindet sich am Ende des
Föredrrohres.
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Die grösste Aufmersamkeit müss der
Siecherheit gewidmet werden. Zur
Unfallhütung müssen Sie nachstehende
Hinweise sorgfältig durchlesen.
Mit der Mühle sollen nur Personen arbeiten,
die mit den Vorschriften für sicheren Betrieb
und mit dem Funktionieren der Mühle
vertraut sind.
Bei der Arbeit mit der Mühle soll folgendes
beachten werden:
1. Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
2. Arbeitsschutzvorschriften bei Arbeit in
der Landwirtschaft.
3. Vorschriften über allgemeine
Unfallschutz-massbahmen und-
Normative bei Arbeit mit Arbeitsgeräten
und Vorrichtungen.
4. Anweisung des Herstellers:
y die Mühle mit Schlepperantrieb darf
keinesfalls in einem geschlossenem
Raum arbeiten wegen Gefahr der
Vergiftung mit Ausouffgasen;

DESCRIPTION
The grinding mill CIKLO 100 consists of:
the cutting unit housing, frame, cutting unit,
gear-box, trough and conveying pipes. The
cutting unit is driven by tractor outlet shaft
through the P. T. O. Shaft and gear-box.
There is a pair of gears with inclined teeth in
the gear-box and they are greased with oil.
The cutting unit, made of knives and
hammers, is fastened to the gear box shaft.
The supporting plate of the cutting unit is
equipped with sieve cleaners, which play
special role when grinding unhusked
corncobs. There are blower paddles fastened
to the rotor plate at the outer rim of the sieve,
which convey ground maize through the
conveying pipe into trough-shaped silos and
through extended pipes into tower silos or
through Cyclon into sacks. The trough is
fastened to the housing by a hinge and by
two screws. A dosing paddle, fitted inside the
trough regulates the flow of the product into
the mill. Conveying pipes have different
lengths and they are easily put together with
fast clamps. The conveying pipe with
directing flap is to be put at the end of the
pipes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE
WORK
Operating the mill is very simple, but you
should read the instructions and apply them
strictly during work. The mill should be
operated only by a person, who is familiar
with the instructions for safe work and with
the performance of the mill.
When operating the mill, following
instructions should strictly be applied:
1. The Law on Safety at Work.
2. Regulations on Safety at Work in
Agriculture.
3. Regulations on General Measures and
Standards for Safety at Work with
devices.
4. Manufacturer's instructions:
y The machine-tractor must never operate
in a closed space due to the danger of
poisoning with the exhaust gas.

y beim Aufsetzen der Kardanwelle muss
der Sicherheitsbolzen an beiden Seiten
der Kardanwelle einrasten, denn nur auf
diese Weise ist die Kardanwelle
gesichert;
y hängen Sie die Kette an, womit das
Mitdrehen des Kardanwellenschutzes
verhindert wird;
y vor Inbetriebnahme der Mühle
überzeugen Sie sich, ob sich in der
Mühle oder im Trog kein schwerer harter
Gegenstand befindet und ob alle
Schutzabdeckungen richtig angebracht
sind;
y während Betrieb greifen Sie nich mit
der Hand oder irgendwelchem hartem
Gegenstand hinter das Schutzblech in
den Trog;
y vor jedem Eingriff in die Mühle oder vor
dem Öffnen müssem Sie den Antrieb
abschalten, abwarten bis die Mühle
stehenbleibt und die Kardanwelle
abnehmen. So soll auch nach beendeter
Arbeit verfahren werden;
y lassen Sie die Maschine während Betrieb
nicht ohne Aufsicht. Ein harter
Gegenstand kann ein unnormales
Funktionieren der Mühle verursachen. In
solchem Fall stellen Sie die Mühle sofort
ein, stellen Sie die Ursache fest und
beheben Sie die Beschädigung;
y die Drehzahl der Schneideinheit darf
3000 U/Min. bzw. 540 U/Min. an der
Kardanwelle nicht überschreiten.
y bei der Arbeit mit der Mühle gebrauchen
Sie Schutz gegen Lärm, wenn Sie Mehr
als 1,5 Stunde pro Trag mit der Mühle
arbeiten.
y bei der Arbeit gebrauchen Sie die
Schutzbrielle.

y During work, the mill should be
connected to the three-point hitch of the
tractor, secured by the safety pins and
placed on the solid surface.
y When connecting the P.T.O. Shaft , the
safety pin should get properly fitted into
the groove, on both sides, since this is
the only way to fix the P.T.O. Shaft.
y Always use the P.T.O. Shaft with free
wheel clutch and make sure that the tube
chain is fastened to a non rotating part.
y Before the switch on of the mill make
sure, that there are no hard objects in the
mill and in the trough and that all the
protections are properly fastened.
y Do not reach behind the protection
plate in the trough with your hand or
with any hard object while the
machine operates.
y Switch the drive off, wait till the mill stops
and remove the P.T.O. Shaft before you
reach into the mill or before you open the
trough. Do the same after you finish the
work.
y The mill can operate only under
supervision. Hard object can cause
disturbance of operation. In this case
stop the mill immediately, find the cause
and remove it.
y It is forbidden to work with the mill if the
rotor is not balanced. Replace
immediately broken off knives or
hammers and bent paddles etc. If the
rotor does not run in line stop the
machine immediately. It is compulsory to
get the rotor balanced by the
manufacturer after every repair.
y Make sure that the P.T.O. Shaft
revolutions never exceed 540 rpm.
y The mill should not operate without

ANSCHLIESSEN AN DEN
SCHLEPPER
Aufstellen der Mühle Stellen Sie die Mühle
auf gerade und harte Unteriage. Um eine
ungestörte und laufende Arbeit der Mühle zu
erreichen, soll diese so aufgestelt werden,
dass genügend Platz für die Zufuhr von Mais
und für das Füllen der Mühle vorhanden ist.
Die Mühle muss verbindlich auf das
Dreipunktsystem angehängt sein. Nach dem
Anschliessen ziehen Sie die
Stabilisierungsbänder und die obere
Anschluss-Schiene.
ANPASSUNG DER
GELENKWELLE
Die Gelenkwelle muss verschiedenen
Schleppern angepasst werden.
Die genaue Länge wird wie folgt festgestellt:
y Maschine ohne Gelenkwelle an den
Schlepper anbauen
y Gelenkwelle auseinanderziehen und die
beiden Wellenhälften an den Schlepper
und die Maschine anbauen; dabei einen
gegenteiligen Vergleich machen (Bild 1)
y überprüfen Sie, ob beim Höchstanheben
- oder -senken des Dreipunkt-hebelwerks
die Überdeckung der Gelenkwellen min.
200 mm (b) beträgt und ob bei
waagerechter Lage die Gelenkwelle nicht
auf Block sitzt (es müssen mindest 20
mm überbleiben (a)
y bei eventueller Kürzung müssen beide
Schiebe- und Stützrohre um gleiches
Mass abgesägt werden
y entgraten Sie dann die Rohrenden,
entfernen die Späne und fetten die
Gleitstellen gut ein.

CONNECTION TO THE
TRACTOR
Place the mill on the flat and solid ground. In
order to ensure disturbance free work. Make
sure that you have enough space for the
transport of maize to the mill and filling of the
mill. The mill must be connected to the three
point hitch of the tractor. When connecting
the mill tighten the stabilising links and upper
connecting bar. Adjust the P.T.O. Shaft
length to the minimal distance between the
tractor hitch and the mill during transport or
work (fig. 1).
ADJUSTMENT OF THE
P.T.O. SHAFT
The adjustment of the P.T.O. Shaft is
necessary for different tractors.
To find out the right lenght:
y connect the machine to the tractor
y pull out the P.T.O. Shaft entirely and
connect each separate half of the shaft to
the tractor and than compare them whith
each other (fig. 1).
y Test if the covering of the P.T.O. Shaft
tubes is minimal 200 mm (b) at max.
lifting and lowering of the 3 point hitch
bars, and if the P.T.O. Shaft does not run
into the block at horizontal position (the
distance should be at least 20 mm).
y in case you need to shorten the P.T.O.
Shaft, make sure you shorten both shafts
and protection tubes for exactly the same
lenght.
y file the end of the tube, remove the
remainings of filing and lubricate gliding
spots well.

 AUFSTELLEN DER RÖHRE
Bei Ferschnallen der Förderröhre an das
Gehäuse der Mühle mit Schallen, ziehen Sie
diese nur soviel an, dass sie gut haltet. Die
Röhre sollen senkrecht und auf ein festes
Objekt (Silo oder ähnliches) entsprechend
befestigt werden, insbesondere wenn am
Ende das richtunggebende Auswurfrohr
angebracht wird. Nach dem Rohrbogen 90°
soll nicht als nur 1 m geraden Rohres
befestigt werden, weil es sonst zum
Verstopfen des Rohres kommt, insbesondere
beim Mahlen von feuchtem Mais.
EINSTELLEN DER KLAPPE
Im Trog ist eine Klappe eingesetzt zum
Regulieren des Materialzuflusses in die
Mühle. Diese Klappe ist an einer Angel
freihängend und wird durch den Druck der
Messe und den Unterdruck in der Mühle
geöffnet. Die Öffnung stellen Sie so ein, dass
Sie den, Einstellhebel in die entsprechende
Bohrung stecken, etwas herausziehen und
drehen. Beim Mahlen von Maiskolben soll die
Öffnung etwas grösser eingestellt werden,
damit die Kolben nicht an der Klappe
steckenbleiben.
AUSWAHL DER SIEBE
Bei der Auswahl der Seibe beachten Sie,
dass die erforderliche Zerkleinerung vom
Verwendungszweck abhängig ist. Zum
Mahlen feuchtter Maiskolben gebrauchen Sie
Sieb mit Lochdurchmesser ∅ 12 mm oder
∅20 mm (je feuchter der Mais ist, desto
grösser sollen die Löcher sein), für Mahlen
von Trockenmais jedoch Sieb ∅ 8 mm.

PIPES ADJUSTMENT
When connecting the pipes to the mill
housing and among themselves tighten them
with clamps to the extent that they are well
fixed. When placing the pipes vertically,
fasten them well to the solid object (silos,
etc.), especially if there is the pipe with the
direction flap placed at the end. Place only 1
m of straight pipe after you have used pipe
bow of 90° (especially when grinding fresh
maize), otherwise the maize can get stuck
inside the pipe.
DOSING FLAP ADJUSTMENT
The trough is equipped by a flap, which
regulates the inflow of the material to the mill.
The flap swings on the hinge and gets
opened by the material pressure and
underpressure in the mill. The opening is set
by the adjustment bar, by pulling it out and
turning aside into adequate hole. When
grinding corncobs bigger opening should be
left to prevent corncobs getting stuck to the
flap.
SIEVES SELECTION
When selecting the size of the sieve
perforation bare in mind that the extent of
grinding depends on the purpose of ground
material. If humid corncobs are to be ground,
the sieve perforation diameter should be
12mm or 20 mm. If dry maize is ground use
the sieve with the perforation diameter 8 mm.
The more humid the maize is the bigger size
of perforation should.

AUSWECHSELN DER SIEBE
Bei Auswechseln der Siebe müssen Sie
zuernst die plastischen Muttern des Troges
entschrauben.
Wenn wird der Trog geöffnet, kann man zwei
seitliche befestigtSchrauben ausschrauben.
Dann nehmen Sie das Sieb aus der
Lagerung im Gehäuse heraus. Beim
einsetzen des neuen Siebes müssen Sie die
Einlage des Siebes gut reinigen und
überprüfen, ob neues Siebes im Gehäuse ein
gesetzt ist und ziehen Sie die
Deckelschrauben "A" fest an (Bild 2). Zuerst
mussen Sie den Rotor mit der Hand
überprüfen.
Dann wird den Trog verschlossen und mit
den Muttern "B" befestigt (Bild 2).

SCHNEIDEINHEIT –
AUSWECHSEIN DER HAMMER
Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich original SIP
Ersatzteile. Nach längerem Gebrauch
werden die Zähne der Hämmer (C) abgenutzt
und die Vorschneidemesser (F) werden
stumpf. Sie können die Vorschneidmesser
abnehmen und an beiden Seiten
gleichmässig schärfen. Die abgenutzten
Hämmer müssen gewechselt-umgedreht (3-
maliges Verdrehen möglich) werden. Lösen
Sie die Schraube (E) und nehmen Sie den
Rotor ab. Den Läufer nehmen Sie so ab,
dass Sie Ihn mit Hilfe von 2 Hebeln an
beiden Seitenzugleich herausdrücken.

SIEVE REPLACEMENT
When replacing the sieves unwind first the 2
plastic nuts.
When you open the trough unwind two
screws, which are placed at the sides of the
housing. The sieve is released and can be
removed from the mill housing. Clean the
sieve bed well before inserting a new sieve.
Place the new sieve properly to the balancing
rim in the housing and tighten the screws A
well (fig. 2). Spin the rotor by hand to check if
the sieve has been properly inserted.
Only than you can close the trough and
tighten it well by nuts B (fig. 2).

HAMMER REPLACEMENT
Use only genuine SIP hammers, which are
termically improved and as such more
durable. After longer use the hammer teeth
(C) get worn out and knives (F) loose their
sharpness. You can remove the knives and
sharpen them evenly on both sides. Worn out
hammers should be replaced-turned around.
It is possible to turn them around 3 times.
Unwind the screw (E) and remove the rotor
from the rotor shaft. The rotor gets released
easily if you push it down on both sides at the
same time by bars.

 Dann lösen Sie die Schraben, mit welchen
die Vorschneidemesser befestigt sind, und

Hämmer hänget. Zuerst nehmen Sie die
vordere Platte ab, dann die Unterlegscheiben
und zuletzt noch die Zwischenplatte. Beim
umdrehen der Hämmer achten Sie darauf,
dass Sie diese nicht verwechseln. An den
Bolzen müssen immer dieselben und gleich
angeordneten Hämmer bleiben. Nach dem
Wechseln-Umdrehen der Hämmer ziehen Sie
alle Schrauben fest an.
Die Schneideinheit ist fabrikseits genau
ausgewuchtet. Bei jedem Eingriff müssen Sie
dieses Gleichgewicht und die Anordnung
berücksictigen; nur so wird die Mühle einen
ruhigen und vibrationsfreien Lauf haben. Wir
vorschlagen Ihnen, dass die Hamer
wechselung SIP Service überlassen.
BETRIEB DER MÜHLE
Fahren Sie die Mühle langsam an und
erhöhen Sie gleichmässig die Drehzahl. Erst
wenn die Mühle die volle Drehzahl (540
U/Min an der Zapfwelle des Schleppers)
erreicht hat, können Sie mit dem Einfüllen
von Mais beginnen. Der Mais soll
gleichmässig mit einer Schaufel oder Gabel
in den Trog gefüllt werden. Sollten Sie
bemerken, dass sich die Drehzahl der Mühle
vermindert, müssen Sie durch schliessen der
Klappe die Zufuhr des Materials vermindern.
Durch gleichmässiges Zufühung erreichen
Sie laufende Arbeit ohne Stillstände und
ohne Überlastung des Mühlenantriebes und
mit optimale Leistung und lange
Lebensdauer der Maschine. Insbesondere
achten Sie darauf, dass die Mühle immer mit
einer genügend hohnem Drehzahl arbeitet;
bei Verminderung der Drehzahl besteht die
Gefahr, dass sich die Förderröhre verstopfen.
Berücksichtigen Sie, dass auch das
Durchmesser der Sieblöcher auf die Leistung
der Mühle einwirkt. Bleibt die Mühle aus
irgendwelchem Grund wärend Betrieb
stehen, müssen Sie die Mühle entteren (Sieb
herausziehen, Rohre kontrollieren), so daass
der Antrieb bei Wiederinbetriebnahme nicht
überlastet wird.
Vor die erneuerte Verwendung müssen Sie
die Schrauben an das Sieb und die Muttern
an Trog befestigt.

Then unwind the bolt nuts (D) from which the
hammers swing. Remove the front plate first,
take off the hammers and distance washers,
group by group and then remove the
intermediate plate. When turning the
hammers around make sure not to mix them.
You must put the same hammer in the same
arrangement on the same bolt. After you
finished with turning operation tighten well all
bolt nuts and knife screws.
The grinding unit has been balanced in the
factory. Pay attention to balancing and
arrangement when repairing the mill. This is
the only way to ensure still and vibration free
performance. We recommend you to let SIP
appointed serviceman do the hammer and
knife replacement. The rotor will this way
always be balanced.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The grinding mill should be put into operation
slowly and revolutions should be uniformly
increased. Only when full revolutions are
reached (540 rpm on the connecting shaft of
the tractor) you can start filling the maize into
the mill. Fill the maize into the trough
uniformly by fork or spade. The best way to
supply grains into the trough is to use the
transporter. If you notice that the number of
mill revolutions is dropping, you must lower
the supply of the material by closing the flap.
Uniform supply enables disturbance free
operation , optimal capacity and long life
period of the mill. Make sure that the mill
operates at constant revolutions. If the
number of revolutions drop there is a
possibility of stoppage in the conveyor pipes.
Bare in mind that the capacity of the mill also
depends on the perforation size of the sieves.
If the mill stops during work due to any
reason , you must empty it (pull out the sieve,
check the pipes) so that you do not overload
the drive when you switch the mill on again.
Before the switch on of the mill do not forget
to tighten the sieve screws and trough nuts.

Getriebe
Achten Sie darauf , dass im Getriebe (Abb.A)
immer ein richtiges Ölniveau ist; Kontrolle mit
Ölstandschraube (I). Das Getriebe ist mit 2 l
Ol CIRKOL 50 (INA) oder HIDRAOL gefüllt.
Der erste Ölwechsel soll nach 10
Betriebsstunden erfolgen, dann alle 20
Stunden. Verblich muss dass Öl mindestens
1x jährlich ausgewechselt werden, und nach
beendeten Arbeiten. Das Öl lassen Sie so
ab, dass Sie die Schraube lösen (H) und die
Mühle leicht nach vorne neigen, so dass das
Öl vollkommen ausrinnt. Bei erneutem Füllen
achten Sie darauf, dass der mit der
Ölstandschraube bestimmte Ölspiegel nicht
überschritten wird. Keinesfalls dürfen Sie die
Verschluss-Schrauben für Ablassen (H) und
Füllen (J) von Öl verwechseln. Die
Ölfüllschraube ist durch-bohrt und dient
zugleich als Entlüfter.
Die Gelenkwelle
Die Gelenkwelle müssen Sie warten nach
herstellers Hinweise.
Achtung!
Schützen Sie die Mühle vor
Wettereinwirkungen (Regen, Schnee,..) so
verlängern Sie ihre Lebensdauer.

MAINTENANCE
Proper maintenance provides long life period
and faultless performance of the mill.
Gear-box
There should always be adequate level of oil
in the gear-box (fig 3). Control it by screw (I).
There is 2 l of CIRKOL 50 (INA) or
HIDRAOL 50 oil in the gear-box. The first
replacement of the oil should be done after
10 hours of work. Then you should replace
the oil every 20 hours of work.
It is compulsory to replace the oil at least
once a year. To let out the oil you must
unwind the screw "H". Lean the mill slightly
forward to let the oil get out completely.
When refilling the oil be careful not to get
beyond the adequate oil level with the screw
"I". Do not mix the closing screws "H" for leak
out of oil and screws "J" for filling of the oil.
The screw for filling of the oil is perforated.
P.T.O. Shaft
Maintenance according to the Instructions of
the P.T.O. Shaft manufacturer.
Protect the mill against the bad weather
influences (rain, snow) in order to prolong its
life period.
