1. Comment about video (in 100 words)
In my opinion, in the video tells about one relaxation program that is guided imagery.
where this program aims to relax the mind, muscles and can also help in relieving pain in
our body. this program can be done together or alone. can also be done anywhere. the
most important thing is we focus and feel comfortable with the environment.
In our body we have very important organs and these organs have different functions.
our organs are working optimally. so our organs also need this program to help relax.
with this relaxation program, it is hoped that our organs can work optimally.
2. 5 important sentences
- Make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed either lying down or sitting
comfortably
- With your eyes closed take a deep and slow breath
- Breathing in and out slowly and effortlessly through your nose and out through your
lips, breathe in slowly and easily
- Hold the air briefly and then let it go through your purse lips
- If you feel your shoulders rising as you breathe in then focus on your abdomen and
relax your shoulders
