    1.0 Intial time for marking the test location is
    delayed due to site specific conditions.
    2.0 The excavation for conducting test is carried out
    manually and all the eight excavation pit is made.
    3.0 The loading platform is same as PLT & PBT and
    the CBR test is started after the completion of the
    PLT & PBT.
