    The internal audit of Orient Paper Mills found some areas for improvement.     6.1.2 Environmental Aspects (14001) Hazards and risks are identified for related activities with opportunities for
    Hazard Identification and Assessment of risks improvement and reducing risks.

    7.2 Competence Training to departmental Staff as per Objective OT/QAEP/01 was found conducted
    regularly.
    7.3 Awareness The overall knowledge of staff team and awareness of worker related to OH&S system is
    ok but Awareness of RC needs improvement.
    7.5 Documented information The Instruments Calibration certificate file is not updated.
    8.1 Operational planning and control Registers R-QAEP-06 & R-QAEP-09 Industrial water analysis (Process Outlet/DM
    Water) verified and found ok. E-waste Return was filled on 19.04.2019.
    8.1.2 Eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks Proper storing of Poisonous chemicals register R/QAEP/56 is incomplete. Chemicals
    (45001) are kept with out lock and usage register with proper sign of authorized person not
    found.
    8.4 Control of externally provider’s processes, Hypo-lime Sludge is send to authorized party. Brine Sludge send to parties for
    product and services making bricks but no verification report or site evidence of its used properly was not
    found..
    9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and In Noise Monitoring Register R/QAEP/17 the time of recording the readings are to be
    evaluation mentioned. The noise dB Meter RT 50001 has calibration report with calibration due date
    30.9.2019. The last readings were verified with meter and found within limit of 58dB near
    General Office Front Side.
