Dear Mr. Brian Bowman:

This letter constitutes notice that Pyramid Used Cars, Inc., is in

violation of Federal and Tennessee adopted statutes, which made it

unlawful for a used car dealer (1) to engage in Unfair and Deceptive

Acts and Practices, and (2) fail to comply Federal Trade Commission

Regulation 53 FR 17660, which governs the Sale of Used Motor

Vehicles. This letter specifically references the sale of a defective 2004

Nissan Altima, VIN #, to consumer Robert Bowie. On March 1, 2010

and the subsequent misrepresentations regarding the replacement of

defective auto parts with now auto parts. Please be advised that this

document is to make known such grievances and attempt resolution of

this matter. If such resolution fails, Mr. Bowie will seek all remedies

available at law.
Pyramid Used Auto has breached the Implied Warranty of Fitness

For A Particular Purpose and in doing so, engaged in an Unfair

Deceptive Act and Practice. Mr. Robert Bowie purchased a 2004 Nissan

Altima from Pyramid Used Auto, Inc., on March 1, 2010. Prior to the

purchase of the vehicle, Mr. Bowie held a conversation with a company

salesman, during which he emphasized the importance of having a

reliable car. Accordingly, Mr. Bowie asked the salesman for a specific

representation to meet these needs and
