Weekly Announcement : Before we begin, we would like everyone to know that, The Major Incident
Status report that is circulated by ETOC every day at 9AM, That includes all the major incidents and
open high priority incidents, Service impacting Changes which will be discussed during the ETOC part
of the Daily Operations call. It is expected of all the respective teams to have a person representing
their team who is aware of the issue and can provide an update.

Network Operations updated that they are planning to replace the DMZ switch and the work is in
progress.
Red Hat Support needs to verify the settings on the Oracle Database, however it was already done by
Database Services. Linux Architecture requested Red Hat Support to compile a list of questions they
have and Database Services will open a ticket to follow up with Oracle.

This is for Master Control , The risk is set to Moderate and is scheduled between 11Am to 3 pm,
"During this maintenance window Diversified will be working in Master Control and in the MC tech
center in close proximity to critical systems. An outage affecting one or all of the services is possible.
Encompass should be on standby for the duration of the window."
