Last vacation I went to a Colombian town called Villeta. It’s located about two
hours from Bogota, the city I live in. It was a family trip. My mom, her husband, my
sister, my brother, my wife and my son all went on this trip. It was a weekend trip.
We left on Friday evening and we returned on Sunday night. It cost two hundred
pesos per person. I had a blast; the weather was beautiful and sunny. The place
was relaxing with a pool and lots of nature. What I enjoyed the most was the
peacefulness. The place had no TV or radio and we did not turn on our phones. It
was great to disconnect from everything and everyone.
