Terms
- Sun Construction will provide and pay for all labor and materials, including tools, construction equipment,
machinery, transportation and all other services and materials required to nish the work. Sun Construction will
also provide skilled and competent personnel suitable to perform the work and should maintain discipline and
order at the Property.

- Sun Construction will take precautions for the safety of its employees and the public at the Property. Sun
Construction will take full responsibility for the acts, negligence, or omissions of its employees.

- Any issues arise and caused by defective materials or equipments that were used, contractor shall redo or
repair it. This is valid for the period of 10 years after the completion of the project.
