Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities

• Sorcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills

• Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them
with relevant profiles
• Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database
and web postings.
• Should be able to build strong referral networks.
• Associating with the vendors for the relevant cvs for the requirements.
• Profile Database Management .
• Setting up interviews with the interview panel .

Desired  Profile :

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Understanding the Requirements.

* Having meetings with the LMs, Panelists to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on
the discussions.
* Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites,social networking sites etc
* Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
* Conduct initial HR interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
* Scheduling Technical Interviews and follow up on the feedbacks.
* Coordinating with the Technical Panels and scheduling for Interviews.

Candidate must have :

* Good knowledge on various IT Skills
* Experience in recruitment is desirable
