    Fire detection system is crictical for generating alaram to operation personels before any major
    fire broke out. Stacker reclaimer is moving machine in coal yard and fire detection is crucial as it is
    unmanned for long duration of time.Presently ,no fire sensing panel was in service for Stacker
    reclaimer 1.

    Therefore to meet the emergent requirement quotations were collected from the
    local available vendors M/s Technical tools sales agencies, Korba, M/s Arya Traders
    Korba, and M/s Reliance Traders Korba. The rate quoted by M/s Technical tools sales
    agencies, Korba is lowest and reasonable. The quotations are enclosed herewith for ready
    reference please.

    Therefore in view of the above and considering the urgency to maintain the
    Stacker- Reclaimers in healthy condition it is proposed to purchase CAT-5E Networking
    cable from M/s Technical tools sales agencies, Korba. The estimated cost of this cable
    comes to Rs.7320/- inclusive of taxes.
    Kindly accord the approval and sanction Rs.7320/- for the purchase of above
    mentioned CAT-5E Networking cable from M/s Technical tools sales agencies on single
    tender basis.
