In this activity, my students are going to use Krita.org to create an Art Piece .
Pedagogy

Activity Students will be creating their own at piece to be

displayed for a student art gallery. They are to draw
a specific event, person, landscape, or geographical
event, person, landscape, or geographical area that
relates to a topic that we discussed in our previous
chapter. The art piece must appear to be form the
time period it depicts. Students are expected to use
Krita.org to create or enhance their art work. (Any
and all artworks submitted must be 100% original.
Technology

Technology The Technology selected is Krita.org. This is a free

drawing software that is downloadable on any
phone, computer, tablet, as well as any Apple
products.
Directions for Use 1. Go to “https://krita.org/en/download/krita-
desktop/” and download the latest version
of Krita in the top left-hand corner.
2. Open the Krita.org Application and you
should see a blank canvas that you now use
to create your art piece.
3. Once again attempt to make your art appear
from the time period it in which it takes
place.
4. Be sure to save frequently while creating
you art.
5. Once you have finished you art save your
piece submit it to your teacher.
