A subscription agreement with Alliance Global Group, Inc [pse: AGI] was signed providing for the latter's subscription to 5
billion LND shares at php1.00. The subject shares shall be entirely taken from the planned increase in LND's authorized
capital stock by the same amount to php10 billion. Thus AGI will effectively subscribe to ALL the new issuance. Payment for
the transaction is divided into two tranches with the first due upon the SEC's approval of the proposed increase.

AGI's acquistion is consistent with its strategy of investing in tourism projects outside of Metro Manila. They are particularly
looking at developing a 1,000 hectare tourism-oriented communities in Tagaytay, Nasugbu and Boracay.

THE PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE [pse: PSE]

Aimed of enhancing market trading activity and therefore strengthen the institution and the processes' intergrity, the PSE
will be acquiring “EXTURE”, an advance and fully-automated system developed by the Korea Exchange. The pertinent
Purchase Agreement is seen to be signed in Q1 2011 while its use and operation is slated a year later. The said system will be
utilized by the MRD, presently in the process of being spun-off and incorporated as a separate entity.

INFORMATION CAPITAL TECHNOLOGY VENTURES, INC [pse: ICTV]

Disc. No. 2010-8253 SUBSCRIPTION TO THUMBMOB PHILIPPINES, INC.
The Company will subscribe to an equivalent of 35% stake in Thumbmob Philippines, Inc, a start-up engaged in software
development. The other parties to the agreement are Patricia Mulles Ocampo, Victor Fernando R Ocampo and Jose Jaime A
Ocampo.

TRANS-ASIA OIL & ENERGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION [pse: TA]

The Board has approved the acquisition, undertaken with a consortium of local and foreign investors, of 100% of AGP
International Holdings, Ltd., a foreign holding company that will invest in the Philippines. Funding for this investment will
sourced from internally-generated funds. It was not disclosed as of this time who the other members of the consortium that
acquired AGP are.
