dealing with illegal drugs. Remember mere giving of money to the companion of the pusher does not
conclude conspiracy.
 
Please remember that drug operations are well-planned operations for which reason the
required witnesses must be ready and should be at the place of operations so that immediately after
the conduct of buy-bust, they must witness the arrest, the appraisal of Miranda and Anti-torture
Warning, the incidental search, the markings, photograph and inventory of all confiscated items.  Take
pictures of the witnesses to show that they are indeed present at the time of operation and indicate
such in your affidavit. This is in consonance with the recent jurisprudence (People vs Malana).
