COURSE DESCRIPTION:
With the advent of COVID-19, this course is revised to cater the distant learning of the university
during the suspension of classes bought by the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). This shall
cover essential ethical theories across philosophical traditions focused on moral principles vis-à-vis
human flourishing on the present pandemic. Despite the modification, it maintains its aim, i.e., to
improve/nurture students’ moral understanding towards becoming responsible citizens in the local
and global community.
