Procedure
1. Upon guest arrival, butler may offer to unpack guest luggage.
2. Most guest will not require this service, but if request is made the Butler will provide an enthusiastic attitude to complete the service. 3. Do not rush when unpacking guest luggage as it should be done in a properly manner as trained and in order to meet the standard of hotel. 4. Record all requests in daily Guest Needs and Preferences. 5. Log sheet with accurate time, type of request, duration and time required to complete. 6. Butler must be knowledgeable with the steps of unpacking always-taking personal care of Guests personal items. 7. Butler should not discuss any discreet subject to the Guest personal items on other associates 8.
