Examples:
1. “Mr. Abe, on June 30, 2019, you stab Ms. Potter in the heart in SM City Baguio
parking lot at around 3:55pm. Didn’t you?
2. Mr. Abe, as you approached the intersection, you were looking at the traffic light,
weren’t you?
3. You saw that the one who stab the victim was Mr. Abe, correct?
4. You could see the shadow of Mr. Abe who passed through the window of the
victim on the night of June 30, 2019. Didn’t you?
5. You saw that the traffic light heading in your direction of travel was green,
wasn’t it?
6. The car of Mr. Abe didn’t even slow down for the red light. It darted right into
the intersection, Did’t it?
7. You saw the fast Mr. Abe’s car when it smashed into red car, didn’t you?
8. Mr. Abe owned the 12 gauge gun that was used in the murder, correct?
