Warm-Up For Monday’s lesson “Alphabet Fitness Bingo”, do the warm up activity for the word of the
day.

Lesson 1. This is the perfect opportunity to identify different ways to be active outside of
school. For this lesson, you have a lot of freedom! Choose an activity that you
enjoy that is active (e.g: going for a bike ride, walking/hiking, running, playing
catch with a family member, jump rope, hopscotch....). The choice is yours!

2. I have provided a Bingo sheet that provides you with different activities that you
can try if you need help.

3. Talk with a family member about how being physically active is good for you.
What activity did you do? How did it make you feel? Did you feel your heart beat
faster and harder? Is this a good thing?

4. As always feel free to email me pictures or videos of you performing the activities.
