TikTok has over 800 million active users worldwide but what has made it
the sensation it is? TikTok videos are fun, short and trendy, its not only
entertaining to watch them also very fun to make your own videos. You
may be thinking what is TikTok? Well TikTok is an app which Is used to
create short dance, lip-sync, comedy and talent videos. I will be speaking
to some individuals who use TikTok themselves to get more of an idea
why they enjoy it so much.

Questions that I will asking in the interviews:

How do you find using TikTok is entertainable and enjoyable? And why?
Has using TikTok and posting videos of yourself created a impact on your health?
(by this I mean have I been bullied in the past or has it made you more
confident)
Why do you think so people use the app?
Do you think TikTok is a good or bad app? Does it give of ay impressions?

Location Recce
I won’t be able to fill out location reece because am I doing
video call style interview. I chose to do video call interviews
because I thought I would be easier, and it fits in with the
TikTok style. However, looking at the interview the places where the
interviews would take would be there houses, so then their bedroom or a
room where they may film there TikToks.

Contingency Plan

As I am doing a video interview style during the interview if the

connection is bad it might drop out meaning we need re start the
interview. To try and avoid this I will get the interviewee to give the
people in their house a head up so that they come of the Wi-Fi, and they
could also sit next to the Wi-Fi box.

Protentional B-roll
If I was filming this production, looking at the b-roll I would include. I
would film people making TikTok’s, for this I would either have a still film
or I would have a slow pan which I would then add my facts and statistic I
gathered. I would then consider using TikTok’s that have been posted of
famous people or I would use mine or my friend’s videos.
