BBA 420 Research Assignment.

(Feb- June 2020) Distance Students

Dear BBA 420 Distance Student

Below are the guidelines for students taking BBA 420 Organisational
Theory and Behaviour. 

1. Guidelines for All Distance Students. 

As part of the research assignment, each distance student will select their
thematic topic from any of the following course topics 
 
-       Individual Differences and Work  Attitudes 

-       Human Resource Management 

-       Leadership and Management

-       Organisational Culture

-       Critical Thinking and Decision Making 

Once you formulate a topic from above course topics, you may begin
working on your assignment.

1.2. Report Structure

The research report should be 10 pages maximum and should follow the
structure below

-        Cover Page, 
-        Introduction 
-        Literature Review 
-        Application of findings from literature review
-        Conclusion 
-        References

1.3. Submission and Deadline date

All Class Assignments should be submitted by 25th March 2020.  All
assignments have to be submitted electronically to the email 
bba420class@yahoo.com  . When submitting your assignment via email
please type your Student ID and Name in the Subject area of the email ,
example BSPH 18111978 Bessie Muneku  or ECF 191771111 John
Banda. All files should be sent in WORD FORMAT and NOT PDF.

Those taking Business Courses, AFIN, BBA, BFIN, BIP, BPA, BSM,
BBAED, ECA, ECF, MEDA, HRM should contact Mr Ngosa Chisupa on

 No late assignment shall be accepted. If a student has any challenges,

please contact your lecturer prior to the submission date.
