Active R design

In this section it will be shown how the opamp pole, which is otherwise parasitic, can be used to
advantage in realizing certain types of functional circuits. The advantages of the circuits, based upon the
incorporation of the opamp pole as a design parameter, are (i) better high frequency performance than
the conventional circuits designed on the basis of the ideal assumption of infinite gain, (ii) a low total
component- count, and (iii) complete eleminationof external capacitors thereby offering suitability for
integration.
