Perhitungan : Menggunakan rumus Mifflin
• Kebutuhan energi
BMR = (10xBB) + (6,25xTB) – (5xU) + 5
= (10x45) + (6,25x167,5) – (5x65) + 5
BMR = 1176,9
TEE = BMR x FA x FS
= 1176,9 x 1,3 x 1,7
TEE = 2600,9 kkal
Kebutuhan energi = TEE – (10%TEE)
= 2600,9 – 260,09
Kebutuhan energi = 2340 kkal
• Kebutuhan protein
Protein = 15% x total kebutuhan energi : 4
= 15% x 2340 : 4
Protein = 87,75
• Kebutuhan lemak
Lemak = 35% x total kebutuhan energi : 9
= 35% x 2340 : 9
= 91 gram
• Kebutuhan karbohidrat
Karbohidrat = 50% x total kebutuhan energi : 4
= 50% x2340: 4
= 292,5 gram
