Decisions are
better when you
have a choice Installation projects are rarely the same. Because we under-
stand the need for flexibility in the planning process, GEA
Ecobraze offers a complete portfolio of products.
The designs meet the latest heating and refrigeration techno-
logy standards and allow you to customise switching arrange-
ments in arder to develop your own, individual solutions.
There are 6 sizes to choose from -12,18,25,57 and 100.
What you get: H, M or L plate profiles can be selected and arranged in
11 Compact, space-saving design different flow configurations. All units are available in
11 Low weight, yet high standardized plate numbers off-the-shelf or in customized
pressure capability versions on order.

11 High heat transfer performance In addition, we provide adjustable, screwed fittings that
from custom profile design simplify installation. The range of options is designed to
11 Corrosion resistant, stainless give you complete control of your project - no matter where
1 construction the installation may be and no matter what the specifications
to install and virtually may demando

eration applications, there can be uneven dis-
igerant within the p1ate heat exchanger. This
~10ss of up to 70% of the active heat exchanger
case for "Mister" - the refrigerant spray. This
Jatented by GEA Ecobraze, distributes afine
ure over the entire flow path surface.
Putting a lid on it - insulation technology.
With GEA Ecobraze, you ha ve a choice of two types of
insulation - a patented, permanent PU-foam barrier, and a
removable shell system. PU foam provides 100% diffusion
tightness and is applied at the factory. It is non-removable
and highly cost-effective. The shell insulation system has the
advantage of being removable for testing or other purposes.

Does exactly what it says -

the installation kit.
It is not unusual for plate heat exchangers to be mounted
in the air or in locations where access is difficult. Mounting
eyebolts are a useful aid that can considerably reduce
installation time. Floor mounted equipment must be totally
secure, too. WIlich is why the support feet can be easily
anchored to the ground.

Safety below zero -

the electric heating pad.
In roof top, or in outdoor installations, there isoften a risk
of water freezing at very low temperatures - when the
system is not rtmning (direct cooling).
The GEA Ecobraze electricheatipg pad¡ built-into the
PU foam insulation, sol ves this problem. It can be
actuated manually or automatically on site.
