Religion it is your own choice!

Our world and society are so diverse. We have huge and small countries, we have

popular and unknown cities, we have democratic and totalitarian regime of the

board, we have different communities, we have different hobbies, we have different

points of view, we have different dreams and of course religion. At this point in the

world there are about 4,200 religions. What is religion? Religion for me is a

worldview, internal state, faith. But not profess very similar to each other religions.

Every religion is important and unrepeatable, religion is an integral part of human,

so my philosophy is: that only you can decide in what you will believe and what

religion you will choose. It is crucially for me, because my religion is part of me, if

someone else will decide in what I need to believe, it will not be my part, it will be

part of someone else.

I started thinking about this topic when I read in the book about some countries,

where you needed to believe in one religion, which is convenient for government. It

is terrible! For example, in the Russia, when the baptism of Russia by Prince Vladimir

in 988, met resistance among the people, because the people practiced a completely

different religions, were convinced in their correctness. But Christianity became the state

religion and each is literally forced to obey and believe, and this is not right, from my

point of view because religion it is very individual, it is about how you think and

what you feel. In my opinion, it is awful to decide for people which religion they
need to confess. But some people did not obey, they believed in their own idea, and

it is right, I think so. And kind of brave, because on that time it was so scary to

express their thoughts, which were not in conformity with regulations of the

government or the Church. Religion also affects on my life, it can change a lot of

things, I don’t understand how these people could leave… For me it is so important

to understand in what I want to believe and follow this religion, because religion

affects on my life, it can change a lot of things. As an example in my own life I usually

explain some situations with the help of religion. If I will not believe in something,

which is close to me, I will explain my life differently, because religion helps me to

decide what to do and what happens in my life.

Religion is part of my culture, in my opinion I can not let anyone decide in what I

need to believe. If someone will make me believe in something I will not do it, because I

will lost important part of my faith, I will lost part of me. I think it is key thing to

understand that is: we are all different, everyone looks and sees the world differently,

how it is fashionable to combine all us into one. My opinion: you can't do this, it's one

thing when people unite in groups with the same worldview, and another thing, when it

happens and they forcibly impose religion, in which they actually don't believe, then why

do we need religion if you don't believe in it?
