    Chema: Good morning,

    Dependiente: Good morning, sir? Can I help you?

    Chema: Yes, please. I'm looking for a red t-shirt.


    Dependiente: Perfect. What size do you take?
    Chema: I take an XL.
    Dependiente: One moment, please. Here you are.

    Chema: Thank you. Excuse me, where can I try this on?
    Dependiente: The changing rooms are over there.
    Chema: Ok.Thank you.

    A few minutes later:

    Dependiente: Does it suit you?


    Chema: I'm afraid it's too big. Have you got a smaller size, please?
    Dependiente: One moment, please. Yes, here you are.
    Chema: Thank you.

    A few minutes later:

    Dependiente: Does it suit you?


    Chema: I like it. I’ll take it.

    Dependiente: Do you need anything else?


    Chema: No thanks, that's all.

    Dependiente: Perfect. Please pay at the cash desk, I’ll accompany you.

    Chema: How much is it?


    Dependiente: It's 15 pounds. Would you like to pay by credit card or in cash?
    Chema: I'll pay by cash, please.
    Dependiente: Perfect.

    Chema: One question please. Do you give refunds?


    Dependiente: You can take anything back up to thirty days after purchase, but you need to keep
    your receipt.

    Dependiente: Well.. Here’s your change, sir. Thank you. Have a nice day!
