INTRODUCTI

ON: Malolos, a first class highly urbanized component cityin


the Philippines.
Malolos is considered as the 115th city in the country. It
is the capital city of the province of Bulacan as the seat of the
provincial government. The city is 45 kilometres north
of Manila, the capital city of the Philippines.It is one of the  FIRST CLASS HIGHLY
major suburbs conurbated to Metro Manila, situated in the

• Develop and implement a taxonomy which will guide CQI Teams in the
identification, assessment, monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators. TIMELESS BY USE OF SMART AND
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the CQI teams in the process of their SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS
improvement initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement within the hospital setting and make
recommendations for the formulation of CQI Teams.
• Monitor and evaluate Patient Satisfaction Program in various areas of the hospital.
Ensure that the results of the patient satisfaction surveys guide the work of the
ECONOMY

• Promote and support the activities of the Humanization of Care Committee. THROUGH EFFICIENCY
• Oversee the Risk Management Program.
• Develop educational activities that will promote knowledge concerning the
utilization of continuous quality improvement processes in health care.
• Develop mechanisms for the dissemination of information related to continuous
quality improvement, both internally and externally.
