Safety Check List (To be followed strictly).

 Ensure power supply to the equipment is ISOLATED and strictly follow the lock out/ tag out procedures.
 Use appropriate PPE.
 Use appropriate access ladders.
 Ensure electrical tools are well insulated and temporary power cables are routed in a proper way to avoid
electrocution and trip hazard.
 Never open A.H.U.access doors while the unit is ON.
 Ensure no loose clothes while adjusting the drive belts, fans and rotator parts.
 Clean any oil spillage immediately.
 Ensure a stand-by person to work along with you if the equipment is located in a remote area i.e. roof, enclosed
room etc.
 Ensure the equipment door can be opened from inside else ensure a stand by person for assistance.
 Ensure all the above points are ticked and implemented.

Maintenance Plan
 Check the chemical level in dozing tanks, clean the foot valve, clean the suction and delivery tubing, open the
bleed off valve and make sure dozing is proper.
 Check operation of the bleed off solenoids.
 Wash or clean the fins properly.
 Check for any unusual noise and vibration.
 Lubricate where ever required.
 Check the float valves, ball valves, level switches and float switches for proper functioning.
 Make sure the drain balancing pipes are properly inserted into the socket.
 Check and ensure the balancing valves are fully opened and the water is balancing properly.
