Per Policy 5-403, Holidays, “Regular Full-Time and Regular Modified Full-Time employees are eligible to receive holiday
pay. Holiday pay for Regular Modified Full-Time employees is prorated based on the average number of hours worked per
day. To receive holiday pay, an employee must be an active employee on the work day preceding or following the holiday.”

Regular Full-Time and Regular Modified Full-Time employees are also eligible to receive one floating holiday per year, to
be used in 2019. A floating holiday does not carry over year to year.

Some offices may observe different holidays and those will continue for employees aligned to that location.

unless otherwise stated. As all holidays are for 8 hours only, employees must handle the
remaining 2 hours as follows:

 Non-exempt employees must take the remaining 2 hours off as paid (PTO) or unpaid time off.
 Exempt employees must either make up the remaining 2 hours during the same pay week or,
where legally permitted, take the time off as PTO.
