Classroom Support Websites
The five websites that I would like to use in my future classroom would be Edmodo,

Projeqt, Socrative, Thinglink, and Remind. I believe these apps or websites would hugely benefit

the needs of all students and teachers. They incorporate new ideas that would be a refreshing

learning experience to countless students. The first website I would like to talk about is Edmodo.

Edmodo is a tool that would help teachers and students greatly. It has a variety of tools that can

benefit many aspects. Through Edmodo, teachers are able to provide assignments to their

students and monitor their performance throughout the school year. It also creates a way for

teachers to communicate with parents which is extremely important. Edmodo truly promotes

technology in the classroom, and it connects teachers with students in so many different ways. I

believe that every teacher should integrate it in their classroom because it revolutionizes

learning.

Projeqt is an amazing tool for all students and teachers. When teachers lecture and

present new ideas to students, it’s always done through PowerPoint. With Projeqt, it can be done

in more creative and engaging ways. When finishing a presentation in Projeqt, it looks

professional and appealing. It can also be connected through many different social media outlets

which can greatly broaden it. Students can also create their presentations with Projeqt and they

can express what they’ve learned through it. Projeqt is neatly organized and all work can be

stored in the site for easy access. I would recommend this resource to all students and teachers.

Socrative evolves teaching to a whole different direction. Through Socrative, teachers

can instantly see the performance and feedback of students. This leads for teachers to know their

students better and where they need assistance. This tool can be accessed through a desktop or

smartphone. This makes it really accessible for both teachers and students. Since this tool relies

heavily so much on technology, it increases the engagement to a whole other level. This app is

also free, this means that it wouldn’t be an issue in the financial aspect. It’s a fun experience for

students and it makes them eager to learn more. Therefore, I feel all teachers should consider

using it.

Thinglink portrays an immersive and creative way of learning. It heavily focuses on

interactive digital things. This would include photos, texts, sounds, or music. I feel this platform

can be used for students to express themselves in a creative manner as it provides many tools to

use on Thinglink. It’s also great for teachers because they can expand their teachings to a more

interactive level. Through Thinglink, it is assured that students will be more motivated to learn

because the core of it is heavy use of technology. It embraces the newest of technologies like

virtual reality. When using Thinglink in the classroom, it will create amazing learning

experiences for all students.

The last online tool that I would integrate into my learning environment as a teacher

would be Remind. Remind is a great tool for teachers and students to interact with each other.

Through this app, teachers, students and administrators can all communicate with each other on
the same platform. In certain situations, it can be difficult for teachers to stay in touch with each

other. Therefore, this app can be a huge outlet where they can interact with each other. Through

Remind, parents will be well informed on how their child is performing. This would later lead

parents to be more involved. I would highly recommend Remind to all educators.
