TECHNOLOGY COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS TENABLE IN THE UNITED

KINGDOM FOR THE YEAR 2018

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MOEST)as a Nominating Agency in the
country for the Commonwealth scholarships is inviting applications from qualified
Tanzanians for Masters and Doctorate degrees tenable in the United Kingdom in the year
2018. The scholarships include:
• One year taught masters’ degrees.
• Doctoral degrees of up to three years duration.

Qualifications
1) Applicants must be holders of Bachelors or Masters Degrees.
2) Applicants for Master’s degrees must have a Bachelor of GPA not less than 3.5.
3) Applicants for Doctorate Degrees must have a B grade Masters Degree or GPA of not
less than 4.0

Mode of Application
All applicants must:
1) Apply directly through the Commonwealth Secretariat’s application portal
(http://bit.ly/cscuk-apply)
2) Read and understand given instructions when filling the online application forms
3) Attach all the required attachments including certified copies of academic
credentials
4) Scan and send all application documents including certified photocopies of academic
certificates, transcripts and birth certificates to the following address:
