GUIDELINES
For weekend & public holiday: Party catering must be minimum 80 pax adults & above; 3 hours
For weekday: We accept partial closure, minimum 40 pax adults & above

The booking is only deemed confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit (this deposit will not be refunded if you decide to cancel
the booking)

Booking Sessions: 3 hours allocated per event. Example: 12-3pm ; 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Space Allocation: A designated section, i.e. the inner dining
area of the cafe, will be closed off for the specified duration of time, with a minimum of 40 adults and a minimum spend of RM 3,200.00 (not
including GST). The entire cafe can be booked up exclusively for the specified time, for a minimum booking of 80 adults or a minimum spend of
RM 8,000.00 (not including GST). Decorations: For decorations to be placed on wall surfaces, kindly use only Blu-Tack to prevent any unnecessary
damage. Setup Time: Setup is allowed to be done an hour before the event time; if too early setup charges may apply. Outside Food: We allow
outside food, but restricted to birthday cakes and desserts only. Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. We
will hold the function date/time once the deposit has been received. Pricing: The total charged will be according to the no. of pax given to us 5
days prior to the function date, regardless of the no. of pax that attends. However, if the actual no. of pax exceeds the no. of pax communicated
and confirmed, the additional headcount will be charged the price/pax accordingly. Prices exclude GST & service charges.
