Naan / Paratha

Ingredients
12.50 g - Coconut Flour

2 g - Psyillium Husk

1/8 teaspoon - Baking Powder

0.25 cup - Water

0.25 tablespoon - Oil/Ghee for frying


Instructions
1. Heat the water for 30 seconds in the microwave.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients and add the warm water.

3. Form a dough and let sit for 10 minutes.

4. Cut the dough into parts and roll out one part of the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.

5. Add a bit of butter or ghee to the pan and slap the flatbread on.

6. Wait for one side to cook completely before flipping. Fry on both sides till golden brown.

7. Serve with dish.
