Executive Summary

A. Mission

Our mission is to encourage people to go to our restaurant and feel

the vibe of Nine Tea’s Tea Shop and Cafe Restaurant . We want to

bring back the old school retro style resto to encourage millennia’s

ang let them experience the life way back 90’s.

B. Vision

Our vision is we will advertise our business and our product to them

to encourage them to come to our resto.

C. Goals

Aspire a quality food products of Nine Tea’s to the customer that

brings the experience closer to their home.

D. Objectives

 Maintain the a good relationship of customers and the owners of

the store

 Serve a quality food with a love

 Operate successful Milk Tea store in Iba, Zambales

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operational Manager

 Operations Manager supervise and coordinate the affairs of

companies and other organizations. They may handle duties ranging

from training new hires to prepairing department initiatives.

Sales Manager

 Sales Managers’ primary responsibility is to sell an organisations

services and products, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and

increase audience size and clients. The Sales Manager might be

responsible for managing clients at a local, regional or national level,


or he/she may be allocated a particular section of the market or client

base. Every Sales Manager job description should focus on the

importance of excellent communication and presentation skills, self-

motivation and ask for candidates with a history of success.

Marketing Manager

 Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the

marketing department.

 Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with

company objectives .

 Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Finance

The one who will be responsible for the financial of business

Production

Manage the production of the business

The crew is the one who will deliver the food products to the customer

 PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
To experience the customer the feeling of classic vibe of 90’s by eating
and products of NINE TEA’S here in Iba, Zambales .

Water Heater – Use to make the water hot


Mug – the mug is the container where the milk tea or coffee to be served
at the customer
Table Spoon – Use to stir the coffee
Small Plate – The mug on small plate

MARKETING PLAN
 Product

The Nine Tea’s will provide a quality milk tea product to the customer that

they will be enjoyed while inside the Nine Tea’s Retro Café.

Also Nine Tea’s Retro Café served other food products like Coffee and

Tart.

 Place

Nine Tea’s store primarily located at Iba, Zambales. Inside the Iba Town

Center. The Owners entertain the customer while they are shopping. The

location is in the area and with heavy traffic. The location is conveniently

for the customer and clients to go to see and taste the food products

offered by the the Nine Tea’s.

 Price

When it come the price of product we consider the quality of the product

and the customers need, to pursue them to buy the Milk Tea.

We assured that the price of the food products are affordable for the

consumer.

We make a Nine Tea’s packaging appealing in order to attract the

consumer. We ensure that the trademark is genuinely design to know that

are business is exist and have legalities.

Nine Tea’s is a start-up milk tea store that will offer a selection of various

kind s of food products, located in Iba, Zambales. Nine Tea’s is so named

because we want to give the consumer the feel of old classic vibe.

 Physical Evidence

Nine Tea’s also concerns about the customers’ experiences.

When a customer engage to our product and services and not familiarize

with it, we’re approached the customer and give them an idea of what the

product we sell.
