Allow me to introduce myself to you.

I am applying for a construction/personal loan with you .

As such, I’m submitting a brief profile of myself for your perusal.

Currently, I’m a business proprietor of 3 small businesses which are almost start-ups in their nascent
stages. They are as follows:-

1. Gold Distributor/Sole Distributor for Bangalore – SmartSchool products. These are digitized,
animated lessons, end users being school students and our clients being all major schools in
Bangalore. Under my company called Candyship, I have 7 re-distributors. We tie-up with
schools to sell our products.
2. I own a imitation jewellery store in 4th cross, Hosa Road.
3. I’m in the process of creating an online gifting store called, www.eleganto.in.

My past work-experience:

I would best describe myself as a SALESPERSON, either selling a Product or Concept and putting together
and devising management concepts and tools with respect to the companies’ vision and term oriented
targets and goals hence evolving as a proven ‘Business Development Professional’. As such, the journey
of my career through these fourteen years of employment has helped me evolve from a ‘seller’ to a
planner and decision maker across both national and international markets. This journey has given me
the opportunity to understand people and their aspirations across all segments of society, be it a
consumer, an entrepreneur or well established ‘movers and shakers’ of the corporate world. The
learning came in the form of applying all aspects of management be it, Marketing, Human Resources
Allocation - as in selection and team building, Finance as in - understanding break even periods and cost
of borrowings etc, Planning & Budgeting etc........................

Through this journey, I set out, several times trying to be an entrepreneur myself and learnt hard bitter
lessons from the same, as in having proper supply of funds at viable borrowing costs to keep the
company afloat till targets are met.

With an overall Work Experience of 14 years, I have covered the northern and southern regions of the
country in terms of Business Dev., Operations, Corporate Communications and all aspects of
management for the IT & ITES industry with a successful stint at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
PROCUREMENT for a call centre.
