    Introduction to Office 365

    Go to SUC website, www.southern.edu.my

    At top right, select WEBMAIL or click the link below

    login with email address given

    Login 365 account, download Office 365 online setup file. Install.

    Team

    Similar like create SNS group, whatsapp, wechat. Can group chat, share media.

    Share a document, conversation while viewing or editing the file.

    OneNote.

    Self-managed.

    Class notebook. Teachers can create notebook for each teaching subject. Add teachers and students.

    Form

    Survey form. Quiz. Share link. Can choose to answer by public or organization only.

    Sway

    Create more lively presentations and share using link.

    How to download and install Office 365

    1. Open the web browser. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com


    2. Enter your login ID. E.g. staffID@sc.edu.my OR studentID@sc.edu.my.
    3. Click Next.

    4. Enter your password.


    5. Click Sign in.

    6. Based on your own preference, you can choose to stay Signed in or not. If not confirm, just
    click No to continue.
    On the right, click on Install Office apps.

    A list will drop down, select Office 2016 to download the setup file.

    After finish downloaded the setup file, run the file to install Office 365 into your computer.

    Important, internet connection is needed along the installation process.
