5.4.3 Scope of Work

Proposed primary/backup communications are as follows:

· Telemetry Network: ADSL (existing) Primary WAN connection / satellite (existing)
backup failover
· Corporate Network: ADSL (existing) Primary WAN connection / no failover

Water Corporation/ Kinetic will free issue Contractor with the communications items
listed below for installation at the site.
· Cisco Ethernet switches
· ClearSCADA/Operator Workstations

The site has an existing SCADAPack 535e and Cisco Router installed.

5.4.4 Potentially concurrent projects

Project C-W02567 Denmark Waste & Power Upgrade is currently in
construction/implementation phase. The project will introduce new SCADA assets
(Sludge Dewatering) that will need to be migrated from Citect to ClearSCADA.

5.4.5 UWSS
There is an overview screen on UWSS for the Denmark WTP with limited information.
The Contractor shall ensure that this monitoring information is incorporated into the
new UWSS database for the site.

The Quickup Pumpback UF Plant has been fully implemented on UWSS. This project
was implemented subsequent to the report provided in Appendix G. The UF plant PLCs
are GE Rx3i.
