 PROPOSITION

Greater Properties recently acquired four acres of land at Imeko, Ogun State to develop
a state of the art facility to be named Greater Courts. This facility would contain 50 semi-
apartments, a swimming pool, gym, games center, mall, health centre and mini bank
branches.

Imeko City, Ogun state is a fast developing community located 30km south-west of
Abeokuta, Ogun state. It serves as home to the Celestial Church of Christ, World
Headquarters, which invariably means there is always an influx of Celestians from all over
the world, year round, with the busiest period being the year end, September through
March, which is the Year-end Convocation month. An estimated over 50,000 church
members attend convocation ceremonies within this period and commercial activities
are at its peak.

There is also an ever increasing local community which is clearly under-banked and
provides an opportunity for financial institutions. In addition, Imeko city is a border town,
hence there is a dire need for exchange of currencies.

Our proposal is to invite Sterling Bank Plc to partner with us by acquiring a 5-year lease on
a plot of Greater courts to conduct banking activities. A branch and ATM gallery would
be highly suitable and beneficial to the organization.

 BENEFITS

The benefits to be derived by the bank are highlighted below:

 Increased customer base – new accounts would be acquired, new relationships

would be established.
 Low cost deposits – The saving culture of the local community would enhance
the CASA mix of the bank.
 Improved margins – Not-on-us ATM transactions would be a viable avenue for
improving margins. With the volume of human traffic the city witnesses on an on-
going basis, such transactions would be highly beneficial to the bank.
 Access to Financial Services – the local community would benefit from financial
service offered by the bank
 PROPOSED TERMS

Lease Years: 5yrs

Location: Celestial City Area, Imeko, Imeko Afon L.G.A, Ogun State.

 CONCLUSION

advantage and multiplier benefits.

We anticipate your favorable response. Thank you.
