Quantity Surveyor:

 Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) for tender package

 Preparing the unit rate analysis for material and manpower
 Preparation Technical specifications for subcontractors
 Comparing the tender and as built drawing to find out variations
 Estimating the quantity and costs of materials.
 Checking the IPC of sub-contractors as per performed works at site

 Controlling all inspection activities on site.
 Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
 Ensuring the implementation of inspection requests.
 Ensuring that all test reports verified to meet the Client requirements.
 Ensuring all materials delivered to site has been inspected and conform to specified
requirements.
 Closing of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as necessary and ensure follow up.
