Help people to move around the city better and take alternative routes in
case of SITVA failure

4.   CUSTOMERS that will be using your final product.

a.   Explain who will be the users of your product

All the people who need to move around the city.

b.   How will the customers use your product

The screen will be tactile, so the user who wants to use it will only have
to approach it, type in the location and destination and thus find the
alternate routes they can take. If you are visually impaired, you will find
a button keyboard which you can use to listen to the alternate routes
you can take.

5.   PRODUCT PROPOSAL

 You need to present the product OUTLINE completing the following

information:
a.   What is the product?

A digital display showing alternate routes in the event of a SITVA failure

b.   What kind of research are you going to do before creating your product

Solar energy since the screen will be ecological and will be recharged with
sunlight, the programming of the application, and the network of the
city road network.

c.    What ideas do you have to develop (make/create) your product

Talk to the transit secretary of the city of Medellín and to different

engineering and statistical professionals to observe the viability of the
product.

d.   How are you going to test this product before putting it in the market?

I will put a screen in the whereabouts of Calle Barranquilla, a group of

people will be selected who will be able to use it and who will
subsequently be surveyed.

e.   What will be an estimated price for your product.

each screen will cost ten million pesos.

f.     How will your company, your customers and society benefit from using
your product.

My company will benefit economically and socially since it will contribute to

the development and innovation of the city. Users will benefit the most,
as they will be able to take different routes to SITVA to reach their
destination in the shortest possible time.

Professionals from different areas of engineering as well as a

sociologist and statistician.

Industrial designer, traffic and systems engineers

With the knowledge of the professionals selected to carry it out and their
experience, the different processes will be optimized and costs will be
minimized.
