Question 3. Analyze the rates of the following:

(a) Lime concrete in foundation with 40 mm gauge Brick Ballast unit 1 cu m. Take- 10
cum.
(b) Lime concrete in foundation or floor with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, white lime and
sand. (Proportion 1:2:4) unit 1 cum. Take- 10 cu m.
(c) I class brick work foundation and plinth with 20 × 10 × 10 cm (nominal size). Bricks
with cement sand mortar 1:6-unit 1 cu m. Take -10 cu m
(d) Cement concrete 1:5:10 in foundation or floor with brick ballast 40 mm (112 ). Thick
gauge – unit 1 cu m. Take-10 cu m.
(e) Cement concrete 1:2:4 – unit 1 cu m. Take – 10 cu m.
