Step by Step and fees

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

Step 1: Send your Name, Email address and profession at 09079176359 or reg.prometric@gmail.com
Step 2: Wait for the registration form that will be send to your email.
Step 3: Kindly fill up the registration form and submit It back to my email together with your requirements
1. Academic Transcript (TOR)put pages if more than 1
2. Certificate of Employment (At least 1 YEAR and must be recent)
3. Diploma
4. PRC ID and Board Certificate
5. Passport With Signature
6. Picture (2x2)
7. Dataflow Reference Number(Education and PRC)
Step 4: We will assess your papers and undergo Dataflow to have dataflow reference number
Fees : Dataflow service fee 2000.00php
Dataflow fee is 525 SAR (Education and PRC)
Time : 35 Days

SKIP STEP 4 IF YOUR HAVE EXISTING SCFHS DATAFLOW EDUC AND PRC

Step 5: Once Dataflow reference Number is issued, Well proceed with Exam Eligibility Application
(Dataflow Reference number is only given if dataflow result id POSITIVE)
Fee : Partial fee (Service fee) 1000.00 php Excluding Eligibility Request fee

ELIGIBILITY Application Admin Fee is now mandated. 200 SAR will be paid upon submission of classification request

Step 6: After sending the Eligibility Request, we need to wait for 3 -10 working days for the feedback of SCFHS.
Eligibility Request is subject for approval by SCFHS.

Step 7: Once CLASSIFICATTION HAS RESULT

After studying the request, a classification decision is issued as following:

>>Direct Decision: The appropriate professional classification is issued immediately

>>Evaluation: an interview with the committee of the same specialty to evaluate the practitioner. The
practitioner will be able to confirm or reschedule.
>>Examination: an eligibility number is automatically issued with the exam type. The practitioner must pass
the exam. (Examination is the usual result if outside ksa)

SCFHS Eligibility Fee

Technician = 400 sar = 6000
Specialist =900 sar = 13500

After payment ELIGIBILITY Number will be activated, we can use the eligibility number for exam scheduling.

Step 8: Once your ELIGIBILITY Number is ready to use I will send you a SMS regarding the latest schedule
availability
Step 9: When you decided for the date/time/venue of the exam, we will process the scheduling and the EXAM
FEE will be collected
Fee: Exam Fee is 239 USD

Step 10: You will receive your CONFIRMATION LETTER FOR of your exam that you will bring to the test center
together with your valid ID.
(Make sure that you will check the SPELLING OF YOUR NAME, DATE AND TIME OF EXAM AND ADDRESS OF
EXAM VENUE)
