African Child

HE is an African child that is bright , articulate , strong and

gifted. He also said that he is talented enough to be the best. He said ,
he needs a dream as an oppurtunity and he will accept all his wrong.
He also said he can be extraordinary by being resourceful. In short,
they are proud on what they are now and they can be higher ,
stronger , more powerful because of their own hardworks.

The author Eku Mcgred , even not an African , he acknowledged

the greatness of all African children . He wants to raise the banner of
African children for they are greater then what other think . He
knows that even Africa is a poor continent , the children there have
the potential to have better , easier and good life . He feels proud on
the talent of being strong of Africa cause they thrive everyday to
survive and also , they can thrive to achieve their dreams .

I believe in the author on what is included in the poem. I do

believe that Africa have the potential to be the best . We don’t know
that one day we wake up realizing that the children of the poor
continent is now greater than you. But the dreams of the children of
Africa is being destroyed by the poverty of the government . Note
that the 20 poorest country are in Africa . But , because they thrive ,
there is a BIG possibility to destroy poverty and to build their
dreams silently but greatly , slowly but surely . I do believe in the
talent and greatness of African Children.
