AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(Annual Gift)

I, the undersigned, hereby give to Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania (“Watch  Tower”)
all of my right, title, and interest in and to the artwork, photograph(s), video footage, or audio recording(s)
identified below (hereafter “Works” whether one or more) and in and to the copyrights of the Works,
including all renewals and extensions of the copyrights that may be secured under all laws and treaties
now or in the future in force in the United States of America.
By virtue of this gift and its ownership of the Works and the copyrights thereto, Watch Tower and any
individual or entity authorized by the Watch Tower shall have all rights granted by law to a copyright
holder, including but not limited to, the sole and exclusive right of copying, engraving, reproducing,
multiplying, performing, and displaying the Works in any form and in any medium without attribution.
Without my prior review the Works may be edited, cropped, altered, resized, digitized, colorized, modified,
or transformed into derivative versions.
I warrant that I am the sole owner of the Works and every copy of each of the Works, that the Works
described below are not images of or a derivative version of copyrighted materials, including without
limitation, paintings, books, magazines, slides, photographs, or videos, and that they were not produced
in restricted areas (such as museums, theme parks, botanical gardens, or private property) or reproduced
from images or videos taken in such restricted areas without proper written permission having been
obtained.
All Works that have been or will be created and/or produced by the undersigned: (1) for or arising out of
any project or assignment given to the undersigned by Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York,
Inc., and/or Watch Tower during the calendar year(s) 2018 regardless of when such project or
assignment is finally completed and (2) the physical possession of which the undersigned has transferred
to Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., or Watch Tower. I further agree that this
Agreement and Release of Property is the entire agreement between Watch Tower and the undersigned
and is subject to and will be construed under the laws of the State of New York and the U.S.A.
